16/3/2020 07:28 | I agree entirely.Even if real infection numbers are 10 times the confirmed rate, it still means 99.9% of the population are unaffected and capable of going about their normal lives. But governments are sacrificing the livelihoods of the 99.9% for the 0.1%.And seem willing to crash the world economy rather than let the most vulnerable succumb to natural selection.People often ask 'What price a life?'.Seems it may be a billion dollars each. | ![]() paa65

16/3/2020 07:00 | Bust. You all know it. Now asking for financial help from the government, save us, save us. Same twxts that despised the help given to banks. Should have saved their money for a rainy day, capitalised their positions. What we must not do is bankrupt this country. Fail, nationalise, pick up the pieces later. The governments of the world cannot bailout every single industry. What makes you different to Flybe, they went down without support. | ![]() smartie6

15/3/2020 23:16 | This isn't just about engineering. This is about regaining the confidence of the crews and the passengers. That, I fear will be much more difficult. I certainly wouldn't be happy getting on a Max8. They'd be better off doing the engineering work and rebranding the aircraft with a different name all together. At least that would take care of SOME of the passengers :-) | ![]() npp62
15/3/2020 23:10 | Boeing will rewire the stabilator control systems and avionics bays of all 800 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft rather than battle the FAA for an exemption. Wiring rerouting will take about five days per airplane. In addition to the work in the tail, avionics boxes and shelving under the cabin have to be removed at 10 to 12 locations. Boeing threw in the towel over the weekend and will start with the aircraft it has in storage in Seattle and Moses Lake, Washington. Aircraft that have already been delivered may be fixed when they get their new flight control software and are being readied for their return to service. | ![]() loganair
