04/9/2018 23:03 | I'd expect the share buyback to complete towards the end of the month, should see a 3% rise on the day that the shares are cancelled. | neilrich
04/9/2018 10:34 | I know remainders saying if no deal on Brexit, then airspace problems between EU and U.K. got until next March to do a deal though. | montyhedge
03/9/2018 15:55 | Yes great, hopefully decent week, Brexit does not comes up and the uncertainty among investors keeps away for now. | montyhedge
03/9/2018 12:21 | Fingers crossed neil. | m1k3y1
03/9/2018 12:09 | Potentially a very good week, we have Today's rise off the back of the CITIGROUP buy note, followed by August Traffic STATS announced Weds, August should be a record breaking month for IAG....plus no French strikes. | neilrich
03/9/2018 10:50 | The Irish Times Aer Lingus-owner IAG added to Davy’s list of ‘top picks’ | m1k3y1
03/9/2018 07:02 | Traditional September can be one of the worst months for the markets.Hopefully not this year. | montyhedge
31/8/2018 19:52 | Monty...I don't disagree. Personally I've have traded seven times this week in and out of IAG. Simply reporting that CITIGROUP have upgraded to a buy. | neilrich
31/8/2018 19:07 | We can only hope neil ! | m1k3y1
31/8/2018 18:39 | neil Problem is when the markets go down the good, bad and ugly all get hit. Next week watch the markets. | montyhedge
31/8/2018 18:36 | CITIGROUP upgrade IAG - BUY.....new target price 907p!! | neilrich
31/8/2018 16:38 | September is normally the worst month for markets, battern down the hatches. | montyhedge
31/8/2018 14:49 | Indeed....project fear! Who remembers the millennium bug...the world was going to end! | neilrich
31/8/2018 13:24 | neil Thats what remainders saying could happen if no deal, airspace gridlocked until something sorted 25 miles of lorries parked on the motorways waiting for border crossing, gov already saying stockpile medical supplies. Not me saying, a deal will be done. Its all a game of bluff at the moment. | montyhedge
31/8/2018 13:22 | there is no doubt that the CAA and EASA are in bed with each other neil ! | m1k3y1
31/8/2018 13:10 | So Monty is suggesting that the airspace over Europe shall be locked down, with UK carriers not allowed into Europe and vice versa. European carriers shall not be allowed to overfly UK airspace to enter the North Atlantic track system. Dream on...no concerns here, business as normal from April 2019. The CAA have got into bed with EASA, no plans for a divorce, regardless of the BREXIT outcome. | neilrich
31/8/2018 10:30 | Monty - Plenty on the 'yield' thread with the focus on trying to balance likely outcomes. ;) | alphorn
31/8/2018 10:14 | I'm sure once a brexit deal is done these will move ahead, but uncertainty over airspace etc, is worrying for investors well me anyway. Shares holding well thanks to buybacks, otherwise I think we would be lower. Any thoughts guys on Brexit? | montyhedge
30/8/2018 18:06 | Yes thinks that's a big enough reason, uncertainty. | montyhedge
30/8/2018 18:02 | So, Monty, it really isn't for any substantive reason........they are just looking for an excuse to short this stock and others. | m1k3y1
30/8/2018 17:40 | Worries over Brexit, airspace, etc, the whole uncertainty over Brexit, investors hate uncertainty. | montyhedge
30/8/2018 15:15 | Looks like the MM's are back at their work again !!! and the drop is because ? | m1k3y1
30/8/2018 14:09 | I see 665p again. | montyhedge
30/8/2018 09:27 | Why should it be messy for IAG? British Government are going to kick BA out of the UK? Lots of companies are foreign owned and have headquarters outside of the UK. Fortunately for IAG, they employ just as many people in mainland Europe as they do within the UK. Business as normal from April next year and the markets know it. | neilrich
30/8/2018 08:36 | Holding above 700p though for now. | montyhedge |
