05/7/2007 07:56 | Sorry Multi ... just read your post after I typed mine ... quite happy to stand corrected ! edit ... I'll get me coat ! | woofy4
05/7/2007 07:55 | okay, i'll feel better now! onwards and upwards! :) | rcktmn
05/7/2007 07:55 | Sorry pomp didnt mean to sound dsimissive .... my point was only that the 600k was partly secured against the new share dillution and was allways going to be taken as an option by GVCF .... maybe Im not understanding this properly but the creation of an extra 10m shares initially climbing to 12m by 2010 is only a form of collateral (dillution of appx 13pcent) which GVCF could sell at any point (though I would hope not less than the 2.5p at which the warrent could be excerised) .... I would just assume that as this info was already in the public domain it wouldnt have any initial bearing on the share price ... do agree that they must be happy with business plan going forward ... but Auditors did state that unless the additional funsing were secured they could not endorse company would remain a going concern in the future ... lets hope additional funding is forthcoming soon ! | woofy4
05/7/2007 07:44 | It is a good boost and its very good news. Woofy it is not related to(though it was issued alongside) the 600k facility that facility is fully drawn. GCVF could have chosen anytime to exercise the warrants upto 2012 when the shareprice was perhaps e.g. 90p (not suggesting anyprice). GCVF chose to do it now because of the confidence they have in the company going forward. The company could also not have exercised the warrants if the prospects were not looking good. Plus it releases another £250k to IGH right now. | multisync 5
05/7/2007 07:43 | of course its a boost. these people are far closer tot he business than we are and have put their money in! They aint doing it to lose it are they! And they aint gonna do it without some indication that the business is a going concern! | pomp circumstance
05/7/2007 07:32 | So that means that GCVF have exercised 250K worth of shares at 2.5p. I take it that the proceeds from these warrants will go to IGH. Remembering that the 600K funding costs them 7.5k per month in interest alone (1.25% per month)with the full amount to be refunded in 2010. In essence GCVF have given IGH 250k to continue the operations but have decided to add a non-executive director to the board in line with the initial agreement. No news on the additional 750k required to keep things going for 12 months. Anyone disagree? | senator
05/7/2007 07:24 | Morning all well we knew it was coming> Check out GVC today could be some interesting trading after its positive TS | quinan
05/7/2007 07:11 | why is it a boost? | rcktmn
05/7/2007 07:11 | Unfortunatley related to the 600k facility drawndown in May pomp ..... only an additional 1m to raise to stay afloat this year ..... Still Tom Taule's expertise lies in securing funding (according to IGH Website) so lets hope we see the new financing announced soon ! | woofy4
05/7/2007 07:05 | Heres a boost!!! Interactive Gaming Holdings PLC 05 July 2007 Press Release 5 July 2007 Interactive Gaming Holdings Plc ('IGH' or the 'Company') Exercise of Warrants Interactive Gaming Holdings PLC, the online sports betting and gaming operator, has today received notice to exercise, from General Capital Venture Finance Limited ('GCVF'), in relation to 10,000,000 warrants ('Warrants') to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') (representing 10.4% of the enlarged ordinary share capital) for 2.5p per Share. Upon satisfaction of the terms of the warrant exercise an application will be made for the new 10,000,000 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which will be notified in due course. As detailed in the announcement dated 24 May 2007 GCVF was granted 12,000,000 Warrants to subscribe for Shares at 2.5p each as part of a £600,000 credit facility agreement with GCVF (the 'Agreement'). Following the exercise referred to above GCVF will retain a balance of 2,000,000 Warrants exercisable at any time until 10th April 2012. GCVF also intends to request the appointment of a GCVF non-executive director representative to the Board of IGH as entitled to under the Agreement. Jonathan Hill, executive Deputy Chairman of General Capital, commented: 'Over recent weeks we have worked very closely with IGH in evaluating their strategic options for the future of the Company. We are very pleased to have become shareholders in IGH and look forward to be working with them in the future.' Thomas Taule, Executive Chairman of IGH, said: 'We are delighted with General Capital's support and their decision to exercise their warrants. We believe this demonstrates their confidence in our potential and intended strategy going forward.' | pomp circumstance
04/7/2007 17:48 | Looks like a Private Investor to me. Not a bad punt for 70K pounds takes on over 4% of the company. I still think that when funding is announced, we will see some movement....hopefull | senator
04/7/2007 14:59 | it looks like we have a new holding of 4.07%!1 that is a turn up...who are they? | jailbird
04/7/2007 07:48 | Woofy, Yes but they must have already been in negotiations. I know that £1 miliion is not an easy give away for a financial institute and it demands high interest etc. Given the fall in value of the company, it is difficult to borrow agaist any assets so an unsecured loan etc will be expensive, however, it is funded - interets or shares. | senator
04/7/2007 02:12 | Form Audit ...dont get me wrong chaps still hold in the late houndered thousands ! On the basis that the Group receive #250,000 as expected from a placing shortly after trading resumes, together with increased facilities from the debenture holder combined with Group's option to potentially raise an additional #750,000 under the same placing agreement, the directors consider that the Group will have sufficient funds to enable it to operate for at least 12 months from the date of signature of these accounts. However, any such forecasts are uncertain. In the event that the Group were unable to generate the required cash inflows set out in the projections, the directors would seek alternative sources of funding | woofy4
03/7/2007 18:08 | i agree but if the revenues are high and they make a profit, with dilution these will still be cheap surely. | jailbird
30/6/2007 10:00 | i got out when the price was much higher, however I will be watching closely for any major buys, the big boys would like igh's customer base, so I dont think that the story is over, watch this space closely. | theshareguru
27/6/2007 21:23 | Evening ladies and Gents .....not sure if anyone remebers but I emailed bookmakers review a couple of weeks ago re premierbet posing as a punter and was told there was nothing to worry about ... posted reply on here ... believe it or not the chap has just emailed me again totaly off his own back ... FYI here is email Hello, I thought that you may wanted to know that I downgraded Premierbet to 2.5. While I really hope (and honestly believe) they can make it, I'm not too impressed by their move to Malta associated to the departure of their CEO and in particular to the confirmation that they need to raise more money. Best regards Pierluigi Buccioli Bookmakers Review | woofy4
27/6/2007 18:59 | yep made a loss too...but i desperately needed the money to pay for another..ths back to trading could not have at a better time..just wish i was around to sell @3.25p.. was just thinking i could have bought back @2.5p...but what the hell.. good luck for holders.. | jailbird
27/6/2007 17:13 | me too. I only have 45K but I think that it is at least waiting until they make some announcement about funding etc. There is no-one around who is making money on this so why bail out for such a loss. I expect news to come pretty soon after the reinstatement. They must be at the final negotiation stages. A good day on LNG for a change. It has been pretty bleek lately. Here's hoping for IGH and LNG. Regards Senator | senator |
