Agree looks good to me .... bought 60k of shares at 4.22p earlier best price broker could get was 4.75 for the next 100k .... results soon and hoping for a good show !

Given that engines are currently warming and have been for sometime now, can you give us any indication as to when take off is scheduled. Owing to capital restraints, I would like to place a T10 in place but, of course, it would be helpful if you could advise when lift off as opposed to mere warming, is to take place.

Hi LS I got an e mail on the 30th saying results would be a little later as they have the auditors in at present.
So we might be looking a 2-3 weeks from that date, I would like to think we will see them this week?

Hi gray, cheers for the tips will have a look don't know much about Uranium apart from Iran can now in-rich the stuff so they can keep warm in the winter???? As for your post 121 it does seem to point to IGH issuing shares to satisfy the market, maybe that's why they only raised £300k???

The placing from last September should be a good guide I think as to our direction.......taken from the RNS 21/09/06.........

"The Placing has been undertaken to meet market demand for the stock"

I read that as...... an Institutional or large Investor is not able to purchase enough stock in the open market, so please can we have some more shares, and that was at 5p....so I would expect good results coming, or at the very least a good forward looking statement!

Interactive Gaming Holdings Plc (AIM: IGH.L), the online sports betting and
gaming operator, announces today that 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the share capital of the Company (the "Placing Shares") have been placed
by the Company with investors at a price of 5 pence per share to raise
approximately #300,000 before expenses (the "Placing"). The Placing Shares
represent approximately 7.5 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of
the Company.

The Placing has been undertaken to meet market demand for the stock and the net
proceeds will be used primarily for working capital purposes, for use in
marketing the Company's online products and services in order to attract new
non-US customers.

thanks for your links to IGH, looks very cheap imho. will now hold and watch!

In an attempt at returning the favour, keep a very close eye on UEP & VML that is if you are into Uranium, they are two good bets imho regarding small cap U stocks.

VML could see near term production as close as 2008 they are mining Gold and Silver profitably, so have some fall-back should they need it, this year will produce drill results from 29 breccia pipes in the U.S.A. and the company hope for around 2million Ib of Uranium per pipe! I think they may sell some or all of it on, so turn in a quick profit ?? but mkt cap just £32m. Geiger Counter hold a stake. VML also hold some ground in Utah. (Nothing in stone but good past history re breccia pipies)

As ever only tax and death are certain, but I really feel good about Uranium, I do not see it as a bubble, this is the future, the growth in the world needs more power but CLEAN Energy.

Uranium is only on the starting grid It will take many years for production to catch up with needs, this sector has been neglected for 20 years or more, It takes approx 10 years to go from finding the stuff to producing the end product DYOR.

PS gave up on HML and ERX decided they are not my thing.

Results late. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Could be any number of reasons. May be finalising some other agreements, JV etc etc and deciding to do it all in one go.

Nonetheless they are expected any day now. Last trading statement confirms they expected to be EBITDA +ve Q3 06.

That was some 6 months ago. They have not announced that has not been the case.

In addition, IGH raised only £300k in Sept 06. If they were not profitable or cashflow+ve then they would have raised more at the time or soon after or an announcement to that effect would have been made. IMHO.

I would be very surprised if the results confirm the above; these are not trading well above 14p and beyond going forward. But it's all down to results and outlook. IMHO DYOR.

thepink cheers for your info, if you look back to September 2006 it was a bad month for gaming stocks this was then followed by more bad news with the ban in the US, IMHO this had a very negative effect on IGH share price combine that with the placing peeps were quick to leave the sector as a whole, regardless whether they had dealings with the US. By the look of it the market liked the results but then the sector when into decline.



I am going for the cautious approach on the finals, going for a £300k profit, but it's the forward statement that will be interesting the sector now is showing good growth, so lets hope IGH are moving forward.

they predicted ebitda profit...........

yet, results are late which can suggest not so favourable things

they had a rights issue, which was not that large, either did not need it or they did not want to stump more money

personally, i don't expect a profit, but maybe ebitda, which many ignore

margins around 8%, so 10 million would give 800,000, but what about costs etc which must have grown

that's why the price went where it did, which i said last year when they were 6-7p....................

LOL I know what you mean about AIM stocks but you got to be in it to win it?? With most of Europe now liberalising online gambling I think this will have a very positive affect. Online gambling is still in its infancy with only around 3% of the worlds bets placed online, so the level of growth is quite impressive as more peeps use their PC's.
