Morning all Cheers senator and woof for keeping us informed as much as possible, I must say if it wasn't for the credit facility I would now be thinking the worse, but still find it strange how they can get credit of £600k when the company is only valued @ £2.6mln, GVC must have seen something V positive to reinsure its investment was safe.

Well we can only wait now, I hope that news will be positive when and if we re-list here's hoping.

Email details for info but pretty mundane and as expected. Still, my glass is half full and I expect positive announcements in due course. I have to believe that they are getting their house in order prior to relisting, issuing the results and providing a trading update.

My main concern is that with funds so tight they have no opportunity to advertise so how do they generate new business. At the moment I do not see any avenue for growth without advertising.

I am a concerned investor in IGH and I am astonished that the logistical problem that has delayed results is still ongoing. The inability to keep investors informed appears rather poor. While Given that the shares are currently suspended, there is no information that you can provide that would be price sensative. Are you able to provide any update on when investors can expect the promulgation of results to 30 Nov 06. Furthermore, are there any plans to appraise investors of the current trading conditions and the benefits that will be realised from the relocation to Malta.

Sorry chaps reason I asked if any one else was based in S.East wasnt a desperate 'Alan Partridge' type cry for help ... just wondering if anyone else fancied popping up to see them .... when I went up last time bumped into the centre manager (Heddon street is a 3 sided road ... if you catch my drift ... with a few bars and organises a Spanish night ... hence the reason the 'Centre manager was around) who directed me to their unit ... in hindsight should have asked if he knew when their lease was up .... as I worry slightly that upon moving to Malta they are going to be even less contactable than at present ... only reason Tom emailed me was I told him I would be up on Thursday and if he wasnt around could he leave his diary with a memeber of staff so I could arrange a meeting ... 90 mins later he had replied
Agree GCVF must have seen some financials with or without a Director undertaking .... so unless as Senator pointed out they want to release a new startegy/TS/Business plan with prior year results am struggling to find reason for delay !

Perhaps the option to buy 12m shares at 2.5p influenzed their assessment of risk. No details provided, of course, but exercise of this option and subsequent sale at current price would represent a lucrative piece of business - this presumably, in addition to fees and interest on the credit facility. Interest rate being paid is of credit card proportions.

Unless the credit has been secured by Directors guarantees which perhaps the departing director was unwilling to provide - it would seem that there must have been some accounting information provided on which their lending decision was made.

Events have been extraordinary and it does not bode well. If the problems are purely administrate issues, why not issue a trading statement to calm shareholders concerns. The whole thing smacks of fraud.

Morning all cheers for the updates woof, senator I hope you are right, I can't understand why the delay if it was just a logistical problem??? But at the same time why would GCVF give them £600k if things were not in order??? Oh well we can only wait until they sort things out.

IMHO the results will be attached with news of the move?

have you received any update re the company 'Interactive Gaming Holdings PLC' and their apparent 'logistical' problems re Issuing full year accounts period ending May 2006.
Have tried to conatct company and even visited their offices (thankfully they were still there .... and why wouldnt they be) on 7th June but no one was available to give an answer.
Any news would be most appreciated

Hi all, well woof if we had both turn up I think they might have thought we were bailiffs the picture you descried sound like me LOL, mind you I am only 12 ½ st good of you to knock on the door and at lest they are still there and you didn't find a room full of old news papers??

Anyway the only thing we can do now is wait until they sort out the re location and results, why they can't publish them now is a mystery??

Found company and upon passsing interogation from person on reception (dont look like your typical share type investor ... 6ft 1in ... 15 1/2 st ... with a greying skinhead) was allowed in to see thier 3rd floor premises (sorry bit drunk still) ... about the size of a decent living room ... anyway Tom wasnt there ... but was given assurance he would ring me after 12 today ... so will keep you posted !!!

thanks for the post Quin ... still cant get hold of the company .... either via email or phone (recorded message and they never phone back) .... up town for a drinky or 3 tonight so going to wander up to IGH (half way between Picadilly Circus and Oxford Circus so not hugely out of the way)and hope someone will talk to me .... many moons ago when I did get through on phone someone said Kevin was FD ... cant find him as member of board so assume it is an honorific as much as anything ... anyone know his full name ...would be grateful
