PT ... quotes or indeed anyone .... have you taken a punt on the off chance or do you relive belive this company can salvage something from the recent debacle .... Im long (avg 3.5p ... doh !) and slightly worried that the recent poor publicity regarding Premierbets slow pay is going to be a major hurdle in attracting new punters

It's 1.78p bid for just 10k v 2.02p offer for 250k online.

There's a massive overhang, you can buy as many as you want
for mid price, if you were to try and sell anykind of reasonable
amount at 1.75p the mm's will probably refuse.

But PT only posts online limits when they are good.

Be very wary, this person will post any kind of misleading info
to try and suck people in.

insolvency rumours are abound... wished I'd sold when they came back from suspension but like an idiot I decided to hold... looks asthough it may have been the wrong decision. don't know what to do now...might just cut my losses and go!

("IGH" or the "Company")

Exercise of Warrants

Interactive Gaming Holdings PLC, the online sports betting and gaming operator,
has today received notice to exercise, from General Capital Venture Finance
Limited ("GCVF"), in relation to 10,000,000 warrants ("Warrants") to subscribe
for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") (representing 10.4% of
the enlarged ordinary share capital) for 2.5p per Share. Upon satisfaction of
the terms of the warrant exercise an application will be made for the new
10,000,000 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which will be notified in
due course.

As detailed in the announcement dated 24 May 2007 GCVF was granted 12,000,000
Warrants to subscribe for Shares at 2.5p each as part of a #600,000 credit
facility agreement with GCVF (the "Agreement"). Following the exercise referred
to above GCVF will retain a balance of 2,000,000 Warrants exercisable at any
time until 10th April 2012.

GCVF also intends to request the appointment of a GCVF non-executive director
representative to the Board of IGH as entitled to under the Agreement.

Jonathan Hill, executive Deputy Chairman of General Capital, commented: "Over
recent weeks we have worked very closely with IGH in evaluating their strategic
options for the future of the Company. We are very pleased to have become
shareholders in IGH and look forward to be working with them in the future."

Thomas Taule, Executive Chairman of IGH, said: "We are delighted with General
Capital's support and their decision to exercise their warrants. We believe
this demonstrates their confidence in our potential and intended strategy going
forward."

Interactive Gaming H Interactive Gaming FY pretax loss narrows, sales rise significantly


LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Interactive Gaming Holdings PLC narrowed its
full-year pretax loss from a significant increase in turnover and said it is
confident to reach profitability in the near future.
The online sports betting and gaming company reported a pretax loss of 1.97
mln stg, down from 2.33 mln year ago while turnover rose to 32.9 mln stg from
8.1 mln.
Gross margins increased to 5.4 pct from 3.1 pct previously.
The company said it expects a positive impact from end of July onwards with
a reduction in operating costs from its decision to relocate the business to
Malta.

Nice dip on the share price ..Great buying opportunity...in my opinion they are in the process of getting their act together and with General Capital exercising 10 million of their warrants at 2.5p and sticking one of their own guys in, then i think its safe to say things can only get better.

An additional highlight is quotes for all sold his holding...a definite buying signal..
