I feel optimistic. Anyone else?

My view is the deal (facility) was being discussed in April when share price was 3p. So do not see the warrants price as -ve. (suspect IGH have an acquisition in mind)

My other view is there will be an earnings enhancing acquisition with results or soon after, hence the need to do the GV finance deal.

Not in the least bothered.

I believe the board and GV's view is for the 600k to be re-paid quite soon, hence the 1.25% rate. (Perhaps cash from target company- bridging loan in principle)

Time will tell.

Morning Quin ..... you are right its not that unusual ... just kicking my heels at the moment and was hoping they would be first thing .... see you are still in LNG ... nice TS this morning ... took profit at 23.75 myself but will probably buy back in soon ..... summer months can be pretty boring on AIM at tmes so may wait .... heres to something +ve

Hi woof I must say I thought we would see the results first thing, its not unusual for them to be posted late in the day but disappointing. Lets hope we get some decent results when they do come out, one + is that GCVF feel confident to give then £600K

tried to ring Nick (what-ever-his-name-is) at Arbuthnot Securities ..... he is away from his desk until 11:30 ... maybe going throuigh RNS with IGH .... maybe getting a sandwich ... who knows .... all seems a bit shoddy IMO .... this should have been ready to go first thing this morning ... ho hum

Where are results indeed .... JB ... agree re facility ... only possible upside is 'GVCF' have taken a punt on leaving 300k unsecured at warrent share price .... so would hope they see upside in Market cap/sp ..... depends on purpose for facility ...if just to clear debt as business plan going forward looks healthy not to bad .... even cap ex re future cash generating purchases should have an upside ... if just to cover overheads etc could indeed be a worry .... probably on plane to Mexico as we type !

woofy,

on readin the recent drawndown facility, i am a bit worried the reason this was taken...it seems quite a deperate measure really.
600k @1.25% interet/month and if that is not enough issues warrants which can be anytime into the market.

The previous placing was claimed to be for demand of stock.so why not go back
to institutions, maybe 600k @2.5p creates 25M dilution, so i guess in that way the drawdown facility is a better option for the shareholders.

But if there demand for stock before what happenened now...after all the were offered a placing @5p last time..

where are the results , i need some re-assurance here.

I held LNG from 16 up to 23.75 Senator (one of the few shares I managed to sell near the top) heres hoping we have similar performance for IGH 2mrw .... forsaking night in pub and will also be digesting RNS at 0700 hrs

Here's hoping tomorrow will be +ive. A little disappointed today with LNG. Especially afetr I was told by the FD that they would be issuing a TS. It appears that it will be out tomorrow also.

I will be weeping with delight or sorrow tomorrow, lets hope it is delight!

I will be reading the RNS at 0700hrs prompt.

Lord S .... if everyone new results before they were published ... woudnt be an awful lot of point trading .... no one knows at the moment ... no one knew with LNG .... people just jumped on the bandwagon and of she went .... everyone on here has taken speculative punt and in all honesty have no idea of 2mrws figures or more importantly prospects going forward (apart from GVCF who have risked 300k via a facility) .... some you win some you lose .... lets hope this time 2mrw we are all winners (Deff people who have held from 9p) ... dyor ... etc etc

Afternoon all I am still here just been V busy await tomorrows results with optimism, it would be nice to see a TS along with the results that would give us a good indication as to how things are going if no TS then a decent forward looking statement would do.

PS anyone having streaming probs or is it my PC?

be interesting to see if we get a flurry of activity late this afternoon ?
I'm now over 50% down so I expect to see some sort of recovery in the next couple of days (imho)

I agree senator ... main reason why I have asked when AGM is due ..... if we dont get indiction of the direction compnay is heading and purpose of drawndown facility in results would expect AGM fairly sharpesh ... I can only guess that the delay in results was so 'GVCF' could get a clear indication of the business plan performance going forward before granting any facility ... I hope with 12m share issue at 2.5p (300k colateral against 600k facility) 'GVCF' are confident the future share price and/or +ve cashflow enables the company to adequatly repay Interest due

Personally have nothing against companies issuing shares for non-organic growth purposes (acquisitions/player Signup Incentives/Increased Marketing budgets) but the board members in their Ivory towers have to realise that issuing shares like confetti is done at the expense of current investors many of whom have not yet seen any kind of return and is only possible as we were willing to buy in in the first place ... 900k cash in facilities via share options in last 6 months does not point to excellent cash flow .... bit its the future that counts so lets hope for a positive outlook .... thats my rant over ... dyor .. etc etc

The results on Thursday are for trading upto 30 Nov 06. That is quite a wait for results...6 months.

In most instances, this delay would be unacceptable as it does not accurately reflect what is happening now. I would expect the company to report a progress report since the Nov 06 results, including the requirements for the financing/credit.

I have bought several thousand pounds worth recently but I will be most disappointed if we are not given an indication of business as at now. I will assume that the company know that they must keep investors appraised of the business, expecially current trading conditions/cash position/cash generation/cash outflow/ forecasts etc.

I am currently a little nervous about Thursday. I do hope that they do not disappoint.
