Maybe I am being to optimistsic ... and in all honesty looks like 2006 results are going to be poor .... but cant see GVCF risking 600k facility against 300k colateral (12m share warrrent at 2.5p)unless they see potential upside ... having said that short term share price could be seriously damaged ... but then what the hell do I know !

i do not think there is an acquistion involved here.
I'm sure they would have said and for an acquistion i do not think they would have used a drawdown facility to raise money.

Woofey, we use it in the Amry. Belive me two short planks is where I am at. Suspesion...logistical problems...maybe they cannot afford the stamps to post the envelope.

Not great for confidence....6 months is a long time to sort out the results...maybe they did not pay up on time!!

It's all very disappointing and shoddy..having announced 31may for results to be released then nothing happens!

I remain optimistic that something good is about to happen...earnings enhancement aquisition ! (imo)

Lets hope it doesnt contain words like 'challenging' , 'Difficult' and 'Eroding' .... cuts both ways .... gives MM's chance to open 2mrw at 5p or 1.5p ... Im sure we would all prefer the former rather than latter

i cannot believe results have not come out yet..these is apalling.

the are better of announcing 2morrow morning.
I think RNS' should be only permitted first this before mkt opns.
If that cannot be, then the following morning.

I can see an after the bell announcmenet which is normally bad news from experience...so let us have it before 4.30p!!!!

Obvious stuff I suppose RB

1) Sizeable Increase in T/O
2) +ve EBITDA
3) Favourable outlook going forward
4) Decent broker note recommendation from Arbuthnots following appointment of Arbutnots nominated advisor

As for numbers very hard to say ... first full year of Premierbet ... so its a bit fingers in the air and se which way the winds blowing.

3+4 are imo the most important doesnt matter if you made a 100m (chance would be a fine thng) last year if going forward you are losing 150m

DYOR .. etc etc

Yep still in LNG and the TS was V positive IMHO, but as always when you put the words ( a loss ) peeps see that as negative and the MM's will punish sellers.

But over all LNG are doing very well, just need some pos news here to end the day, here's hoping.
