22/9/2005 08:37 | There's plenty available under 5p now bozzy... | ![]() brianbush
21/9/2005 19:35 | Hmm, must be a few available under 5p. We know this is the support level. | ![]() bozzy_s
21/9/2005 11:45 | on paper INO certainly begun to look good value - doesn't seem to attract much attention, although lack of newsflow always has the same affect on these smallcaps - bought a few recently to took away for a couple of year although looking forward with interest to the next figures, early october I guess ?? | infinity
14/9/2005 12:58 | Just under I think, bought more recently. Thansk for the summary. As you say, if the market doesnt recognise value there is always someone who will ...eventually. For instance Russell Stevens may be better off buying his own shares than another hotel, baring in mind the discount to NAV. Ditto any other private investor. Perhaps the shareholders on this board should consider it, then sell the lot. | ![]() rbryant
14/9/2005 07:00 | it was a shell with a loan note to a company that became aerobox, they were tx to shares which went up in value, that value has been realised and reinvested in the pub sector (hence the cost of changing strategy) russell stevens was very sanguine about the market after all 2 mm and shareholders rarely contact him, as apersonal aside, when i met him he was in the process of buying another hotel in the SW for himself, i asked him where he would draw the line between the plc and his own interest........if the market doesnt recognise value there is always someone who will, i would watch steven wickes part in all of this, he is a friend of russell stevens with a bit of time on his hands and a sack full of cash, if russell continues to build up a private portfolio i can see the reigns of this going to steven wicks together with BDT where he holds 20% via dawnay day. He was clear his future lies in the property arena, that was reinforced by his selling down in MRN Iwill continue to add in the 4s with a 3 -5 year view have you ever contacted russell, you must have been >3% b4 the issue fella? | ![]() latestarter
13/9/2005 09:24 | Sounds a lot LS, but I have most of that myself. One thing that occasionally puzzles me a little is why a company this small ended up listed in the first place. Perhaps someone with more history that me here can clarify. If it was mine, I think private investors would be more attractive than the vagaries of the market. | ![]() rbryant
09/9/2005 08:41 | not a problem fella, if it moves on from here great i have just shy of 600k. if it goes back i will buy more to balance up. | ![]() latestarter
09/9/2005 08:32 | Sorry LS, paid 5p in 2 50,000 chunks, then the price moved straight after. Not very liquid and a huge spread, but once the story spreads and the buyers move in, we should all do well. | ![]() rbryant
08/9/2005 18:04 | well it might frighten you to learn they want north of 6p for 100k, so i will wait to see if there are any sellers at this level | ![]() latestarter
08/9/2005 17:38 | LOL! I reckon you'll still get a few more around 5p. Depends on how quickly the properties are sold. | ![]() bozzy_s
08/9/2005 14:28 | Are you above 3% yet L.S? If not, are you happy to go to that level if the price is right? | ![]() bozzy_s
08/9/2005 12:58 | i spoke to russell last night he is not a seller here or BDT, my take as we are now, if we sell the first 2 close to the asking price we trade at cash value and have 2 properties for nothing. i have just been called for stock so i guess they are short | ![]() latestarter
08/9/2005 12:49 | grrr that 50k was me yesterday have an order for another 100k not filled, i guess you got em | ![]() latestarter
08/9/2005 12:42 | Good stuff ls, good enough to tempt me into a few more. And just before the price went back up. Perhaps I moved it - only £5k but it is a tiny market cap. Safe enough at that price I reckon with the ARX shareholding now minimal and the rest in bricks and mortar. 5p gets you 7p of assets, which is like a discount of 29% on a few hotels. Not bad. | ![]() rbryant
07/9/2005 12:35 | welL he has been reducing heavily in MRN and not touched theese or BDT reinforces what he said about moving into property as his primary career | ![]() latestarter
03/9/2005 06:34 | yes they will be sold when the market conditions allow, no desperate rush, been a good run but were off. | ![]() latestarter
02/9/2005 22:13 | LS, did you and Mr Stevens discuss the ARX shareholding? Did he give any indication that they were ready to sell out and cut all ties with ARX? | ![]() bozzy_s
