20/4/2005 16:53 | ....by offering them to loyal beleaguered shareholders at a premium to market price instead of a dividend!! LOL :) | scaleyman
20/4/2005 16:19 | I assume that expenses will be deducted from the £504,000 raised, say 15%. Hopefully the net amount raised will cover the costs of refurbishing Fishmore and share price will be more in line with the nav/share. With regard to the ARX shareholding, the lock-in agreement expired on March 20, 2005 so INO can now dispose of all its ARX shares. | shawzie
20/4/2005 15:55 | Bt in again over the last couple of weeks @ 7.25p & 6.81p. Personally not displeased with the announcement as I would view the 7.0p level as the median norm; and as such the placing discount of 20% is not excessive for an AIM listed company with very limited marketability. The appt of Seymour Pierce has to be considered good news surely. | skyship
20/4/2005 14:36 | just been advised by broker to buy this share, said it's got a good growth potential as it might be selling it's share in ARX soon. Don't know much about this share, have you any comments? | camlor2
20/4/2005 06:29 | what a discount!!glad i got out here,but i do feel for the current shareholders,a total lack of disrespect. | tamaybroke

15/4/2005 09:21 | Not sure that would cause INO to fall though. My guess is someone has sold a chunk of INO shares. It's a long-overdue fall, the recent demise of ARX has cost INO 8p per ARX share x 3.5m shares = 280,000 pounds, or the equivilant of 2.2p per INO share. | bozzy_s
15/4/2005 09:00 | Bad week on markets in general, but one wonders if INO have dumped ARX holding & mms are ahead of an announcement?? | scaleyman
15/4/2005 08:55 | this is a pathetic a s sco,bprg,arx, | ic0gcds00
11/4/2005 12:11 | shawzie thanks i missed that. All systems go then.imo | sack of spuds
10/4/2005 14:39 | sack of spuds Fishmore Hall Hotel, Ludlow, Shropshire On 16 March 2005, Innobox's 75.01% subsidiary I F Hotels Limited completed the purchase of Fishmore Hall Hotel located in Ludlow, Shropshire | shawzie
09/4/2005 12:12 | plast. i hope you are correct, Unless i have missed it their latest aquisition in ludlow area still has'nt been purchased and the season gets ever closer.Thats a bit of a worry.Timing is all in this seasonal business | sack of spuds
07/4/2005 22:16 | this is good, as i have posted before inno will be flying later in the year, think about it, new hotels, summer coming ,lots of lovly money in there bank, and to cap that options to sell areo shares as well , but im sure they wont need to because the profits from the hotels will do it for them, thats as i see it . | plast
07/4/2005 20:56 | some hustling going on, good or bad?? | vikingben
07/4/2005 17:33 | up 14% today -wot- no comment? | hendenne
03/4/2005 20:01 | That plunge in ARX looks ominous. The UK economy looks set to slow, and with it shares may go South. I remain sidelined with this share. Things have never really lined up for me, but i will continue to watch it | energyi
03/4/2005 19:43 | also the hotel's doing well ,and with the summer upon us surely this is a good time for inno. | plast
03/4/2005 19:41 | it would not be in inno's interest to sell out now , what with the price of arx at 13p, surely inno will wait till arx goes higher , a lot higher, and they will thats for sure good product, just time and orders to come in, and arx and inno will reap the rewards, so it will be mad to sell now, all in my oppinion, i hold both so hope im right, good luck to all holders. | plast
30/3/2005 23:30 | Folks just looking back in,i have to say the share price MUST be about to drop, with th huge drop by ARX and the future looking dismal for them also, and if INO's price does drop it might be the start of a number of medium term, now nervous investors bailing out. P.S:glum i know but things have changed a lot in a couple of months. | tamaybroke
29/3/2005 13:27 | Hendenne, I seem to recall that they can ask permission to sell certain amounts of stock "to maintain an orderly market"!!!!!! LOL LOL Yeah right! As has been said b4, INO holding up very well in its own right, despite the ARX shenanigans. | scaleyman
29/3/2005 13:17 | Bozzy - is INO actually now able to sell all the Aerobox holding? | hendenne |
