moss cottage has gone on at 895k, outstanding mortg of 275k loan note of 98k we get 80%
three tuns on at 850k 100% owned mortg 437k, those 2 alone give us the current market cap, or it did till today

Nice one L.S, or should I say Mark? !!! Wish I could pick up 3% at today's price.

Given the NAV of around 7.5p per share, I wonder what price a potential takeover would succeed at? A 50% premium to today's price would be 6.55p. The shareholders get an instant 50%. The buyer gets an instant 14.5% return in cash/property/investments. Everyone's a winner!

Just pie in the sky, but illustrates how cheap the price is now.

BIG FELLA - I'm 25% liquid in my SIPP so would appreciate your recommendations based upon your earlier comment of: "there is so much choice around offering much better value"

I have just been going through my notes on fishmore hall, it was purchased at a cost of 542 500
we have a loan from a co investor of 125k and the mangment couple of 60k the mortg is 349k, yet we own 75.01% of the subsidiary buying it. Im no chart acc but that gives us 75% exposure to this project (and risk) at no cost, as yet until redevelopment work starts and the site increases in value.
it is the samae with the royal oak and we all know there they picked up 10% for nowt, that strikes me as a pretty clever bussiness plan, it must be nice to have friends who will chuck 100k around ata time to get some exposure to russell stevens game plan.
Russell also has plans for a number of outbuildings on the site, remember the royal oak has planning application for 2 houses in the car park.

L.S - glad to see you got a load at under 5p. I must admit when it hit 4p mid-price I just bought without even thinking, an absolute steal. Buildings, investments and cash worth in excess of 7p per share. Got to be a no brainer!

Infinity, I reckon the results will be average at best - but that is factored into the share price. My guess, a trading loss of £200,000, before any adjustment for ARX gains/losses.

This stock is impossible to understand. under your LSE and British regulations, if the company does something that affects the sp, should the market be informed? Is there something happening with this sector affecting all the stocks in this area? K

Holding shares in this company is dead money. There investments are solid rather than spectacular. Just don't see profit or NAV growth in a hurry. Why bother holding when there is so much choice around offering much better value.

Infinity:

We do not invest for "quick bucks", but something is lacking in this operation. News is what is wanted, but they do not seem to have any PR. As a listed company, they need the support of shareholders to see the share price lift. On the other hand, are they just contented in the knowledge that they are a listed company for pure effect, or lack of it. K

IMHO problem with INO at the moment is it's profile, it's initial investments have been uninspiring, the companies fundamentals appear pretty good but this doesn't always prove enough for smallcaps - news, news, news & INO isn't reknown for generating much of note recently. Hold a few of these & feel positive on a long-term view, definitely a long-term investment though, can't see any "quick bucks" in this one

As a French concern we thought we would try out investing in the English small pub and hotel business. It seems this lot do not know how to manage a share price. At least in France we make money from this industry. Where is going to now, we have been holding since 785p? K
