100K in total. Could have bagged 35K profit not that long ago (although I have bagged about 10K profit on some trading positions). Nothing much I can do about it. Worrying not good for my health. Lets see what the independant audit has to say. News will either be very good or very bad.

BTW Good luck with INO.

He bought £50k's worth yesterday just before the close. I don't like to see anyone lose money, but that was dreadful timing.

And the reason for the LGB fall - the Doc selling (from Crown Pharma), just as I suggested! Still got over 34 million just by himself to sell off...

Big Fella, not calling it rough justice or anything, but funny that LGB should be no.14 on big LOSERS board, vs INO at no.11 on big WINNERS, when you go out of your way to knock another share!

Big Fella - been there, done that. Bought at 55p, sold at 76, when trading as CCO. What puts me off is they placed 9m shares to fund working capital. Why the hell would you do that if you had hundreds of millions of pounds in the bank?

And there's a share overhang of about 71 million to be cleared first...

a) The number of shares currently in issue is 71,396,118 common shares of Euro 0.001 ("Common Shares"). A further 71,000,000 Common Shares are being issued to the shareholders of Crown Pharmaceuticals Limited as consideration for the transfer of the USD 294,126,185 term deposit with the Banco do Brasil, a further 2,000,000 Common Shares are being issued to Stuart Pearson and his family pursuant to the Company's acquisition of Langbar Capital Limited and a further 100,000 Common Shares will arise on conversion of the Founder Shares.

Fair enough some have been taken up by institutions, but there are still millions and millions more to be sold.

I'm very happy with my INO holding, and feel much safer than when I held CCO.

BIG FELLA - I'm 25% liquid in my SIPP so would appreciate your recommendations based upon your earlier comment of: "there is so much choice around offering much better value"

Apologies for not responding earlier. LGB (hardly original) but NAV 2.05P per shares made up of cash deposits in Euroclear (c 92.5p per share) and Brazil. Brazil cash earmerked for property investments in Portugal.
Can buy around 55p at present. Shed loads of meaningless posts on the BB's but on a 1 year view you should easily double - if not treble your money.

Good to see the ARX link being cut down a bit more. I'm sure it's a matter of weeks until they're all cashed in.

selling of ARX shares again but raising only 12.5k (less costs) - seems a pretty small amount ??

Results must be this week I guess, should prove interesting if not exactly inspiring !!

Well Boz I suspect the profit/loss number probably wont be as important as the the NAV on results day. Also of course what the cash position is and whether it will be sufficient to service the capital investment programme the board has in mind. When I see the balance sheet this time I intend to keep track of it as the year goes by (mortgages, loans and all).I lost track after the Three Tuns.By coincidence I am off to take over a new hotel aquisition tomorrow in Devon. It was a bargain and they are there to be had....its all about timing. You are right,ARX is history and to be fair on the management they have tried to move as fast as they could to get rid of them.
Like the brothel idea but one of the hotels in London I looked after got there first I'm afraid..cost a fortune in fines!!
I have to say though I'm not looking for a fall come results day necessarily but just the correct entry point as the results will denote.I would much prefer to see a strong balance sheet and some punchy talk from the board in terms of ambition for the future.
So wish you and all the guys on this BB the very best.I have my wad ready for play.

I bow to a BB genius. I am not worthy Marvelman!

As it happens, my enforced sell-off of about 2% @ 7.2p turned out alright. I'm delighted to be back in for about 1% at 5p!

I suspect the results day might just allow entry at a lower price. They should be poor, everyone (including substantial holders) are expecting poor results. Maybe one or two punters will sell out then.

This will however go against the trend of a mark-up in share price upon results release, which has always given a net asset value well in excess of the actual share price.

Hopefully the reduced exposure to the ARX fiasco will also help this time. I'd rather have assets in hotels or pubs or cash (hell, I'd rather have investments in brothels) than ARX!

Great info latestarter. This is now beginning to look very interesting.Glad to see you are still hanging in here Boz.If anyone deserves a pay off on this it is you.I have been dithering about at these levels looking for an entry point but the spread is a bummer. Will wait for the results and go for it as I miss the conversation on this thread as much as the investment ride this gives.Good luck to those in.
