lets hope they can dump the rest of the ARX shares before it bites the dust.

Work on the refurbishment of the dining-room and bar at Moss Cottage was scheduled for completion in August 2005.
Perhaps the disposal of the balance of the Aerobox investment will be required to pay for Moss Cottage and Fishmore Hall.
I have been unable to obtain a budget for the work at Fishmore Hall, but I guess that if work commences in August 2005, opening for business could be
around Easter 2006.
Better late than never - still optimistic.

Too little too late

A disposal of some shares in Aerobox is rather belated, raising in excess of £90,000 - but are enough funds in hand for the refurbishment and new works
scheduled to commence in August at Fishmore Hall?

Does anyone know if the development at Fishmore Hall Hotel has ground to a halt?
No news, may not be good news on this one.
I understand that a completion date is not available.

Still no announcement from the company about the delays at Fishmore Hall. Still the Innobox website is saying "following the refurbishment it is anticipated that Fishmore Hall will open as a luxury letting hotel around Autumn 2005".

Ever felt you were being left in the dark?

The directors need to think seriously about how they communicate with shareholders.

Out of these now.

The recent placing had the effect of watering down the impact of ARX share price movement on INO. The two are no longer so closely tied.

re. Swiftnick's comment earlier. Yes, the reward potential of INO has been cut, but also the risk has fallen. If there had not been such a large influx of new cash this would undoubtedly have fallen further. That injection has substantially helped stabilise this share.

No change in the price? The ARX holding is now virtually worthless, compared with a value of £1.05m at it's peak. Surely a dip to around 5p is on the cards in the very short term. Just look at the ARX v INO performance chart in the very well constructed header.

Now 6.25p per share to buy quamtity of 100,000.
INO share may be heading for 30% fall when the results are published.
Meriden share price has fallen badly even after good news.
What are you doing or noy doing Mr Russell?

I think the lower graph in the header says it all. The INO share price has held up remarkably well in the face of the ARX decline and is now looking vulnerable.

Not only does the fall in ARX impact on INO's net asset value, but it also gives the company less collateral for future expansion. On top of this, worries about the economy may hit the licensed trade sector more than other sectors. Delays at Fishmore Hall will push back the timing of future income streams.

Obviously a major contract win for ARX would shift sentiment, but the risk/reward balance for INO has definitely deteriorated.

what are inno up to at the moment, do they still have the forsite, to get this flying, lets hope so, arx fall does not help this company, but if arx gets the contracts, (of witch im sure they will in time ) then this will surely help inno to rise, so heres hoping anyway.

I don't. But then again I'm not stupid enough to hold my shares while believing the company is struggling.

Aerobox down again to lowest point (ever?)..

I should have dumped this ramped stock earlier - that's the last time I follow a bozzy post (ho ho ho). So bozzy, I got maybe a lesser price than you.

Abandon ship!

i expect the year-end accounts to April 30 2005 to show a nav/share below 6.00p

retained loss for the half-year £147,689 + loss on arx investment say £350,000
and no doubt losses for the second half year to April.

if imo keeps growing by adding further properties every year, it may be a
number of years before the company starts generating any worthwhile increase
in value for shareholders.

shawzie,"yes 7.75p would be reasonable now",my comment was on bozzy selling his shares at 7.75p a couple of months ago,and at that time he was doubtful wether he done the right thing or not.

what makes anyone think that 7.75p is a reasonable price to pay for INO shares
at the present time, with assets per share now around 6.5p ?

in October 2004, the chairman stated that net assets stood at 11.21p per share
and share price was around 7.25p.

with regard to the recent issue of 9M shares, i find no surprises and i may have covered the discount topic in my posting, number 698 on this thread.
