That post by ortis is a good read and most likely the reason why shorts have been covering.. Growing belief Ligado gets its licence approval.

I too have been watching the short come down following EchoStar's withdrawal..Not sure of another bid coming but what I would say is that the institutions and big funds always have the inside track before the rest of us... Volumes now drying up mind..

The guys at the FT reckon no new developments on ISAT.. more a case of same old news..

no rumours of any other bidders waiting to pounce..

Certainly doesn't support the price action mind.. most likely expectation of positive trading update and management needing to pull their fingers out to turn fortunes around
