13/8/2021 17:44 | That's a coincidence of history. How many ships have the current team built? That would be zero. | terminator101
11/8/2021 14:35 | Lots of RN ships have been built there......... hxxp://historyhubuls | mcbull
11/8/2021 07:08 | That would seem to be a useful appointment. | this_is_me
09/8/2021 18:32 | This_is_me I have did the exact same when the share price hit the bottom. Happy to leave it as it's a small part of my portfolio also. | tomtum1
09/8/2021 16:08 | It would seem that terminator and others grossly underestimate the huge facilities at Harland and Wolff. These facilities are already operational, eg. in the Irish sea ferry market. Also anyone who needs a huge dry dock has very little choice. I have made a very small investment for the "10 bagger or bust" part of my portfolio. I managed to buy at the bid price! | this_is_me
06/8/2021 11:01 | Genuine question for the rampers/believers.... Given that JW has an employment history with BAES, how come all the UK primes that know anything about shipbuilding have formed a team to bid for the new FSS that doesnt include INFA? With the direction of the National shipbuilding strategy for as much UK content as possible, you would have thought that they would want him in their consortium? Kind of makes you wonder huh | terminator101
05/8/2021 21:01 | Terminator.....that 'tweet' you posted refers to Harland and Wolfe NOT John Woods as you imply....get your facts rights..before misleading potential investors.. ' Harland and Wolff is one of Northern Ireland's best-known businesses and its two huge cranes dominate the east Belfast skyline. It was founded in 1861..'......(160 years..) | htrocka2
04/8/2021 08:43 | Terminator.....I'm going to take John Wood at his word. "Our current focus is absolutely clear: to convert opportunities to contracts as quickly as possible and increase organic cashflows so as to be in an annualised cash break-even position by the end of the current calendar year." | htrocka2
04/8/2021 07:09 | The big question here is will John "give me another big fat bonus" Wood is going to do another fundraise for the cash element of the appledore 2nd staged payment. That means another 6 million share dilution at current price, or probably closer to 10 million by the time you factor in a big discount. | terminator101
03/8/2021 08:57 | If you had used the VWAP price when I made that comment it would be closer to 2 million dilution. The share price has been down at 16p. | terminator101
03/8/2021 08:43 | Yes,I do realise that the actual amount will be determined between today and Friday the 20th, T101. Was just showing that the amount was closer to 1.5m rather than the 2m you stated. Only 33% of a difference, but hey. One thing that you get accustomed to with INFA is they will always find a ways to dillute. :) | si derman
03/8/2021 07:29 | The number of share issued for appledore 2nd payment will be determined from the share price of trading over the middle 2 weeks of August. That takes care of the dilution, but where will the cash come from? The number of Ordinary Shares that are issued on each respective tranche date will be calculated using the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of InfraStrata's Ordinary Shares for the 14 trading days prior to the third business day before the respective tranche date (or before completion in respect of the first tranche). | terminator101
02/8/2021 20:00 | 1,511,335 @ 19.85p | si derman
02/8/2021 07:58 | Tick tock, this is the month for the 2nd staged payment for Appledore. Clearly they don't have enough cash for the £1.2m payment, and they also need to issue £300k of shares at the VWAP price, so probably close on another 2 million shares. | terminator101
24/7/2021 09:16 | A precursor to the future.. (You never know?) | htrocka2
23/7/2021 08:13 | Nice start to the day. | rangenoresources
22/7/2021 23:21 | Spring 2023 at the earliest. So much for the ramping scum on here trying to sucker people into believing that contracts were imminent. https://assets.publi | terminator101
22/7/2021 22:21 | I live in hope they'll lose the CEO, get out of shipbuilding, and refocus on gas or hydrogen storage, a business with a real future. My hope is small, as too is what little investment I have left, having cut most of my losses. I do find it frustrating that so many other shareholders seem to support the calamitous strategic direction Wood is going in, and the continuous optimism that some big announcement is right around the corner. My point is Infa has one foot into the grave and the other will soon follow without a big change. I think now their only survival mechanism (/ executive compensation prolongation mechanism) would be some kind of asset backed loan, which means ultimately their few good assets will probably end up in the hands of lenders or private capital. I would be delighted to be proved wrong and recoup a few quid, and I'm very open to contrary evidence. | ijamlon
22/7/2021 19:03 | Ijamlon...if this is worthless, why do you bother?....it’ | htrocka2
22/7/2021 16:44 | As a perpetual loss-making business its intrinsic equity value is 0p. At 9p, however, there might be some upside from breaking it up and selling certain assets. | ijamlon |
