I take Infras side on this particular spat. Triumph were not serious and should not be proceeded with. My worry is that this was obvious to me a long time ago, so why did they make such a big deal out of the announcement originally? Was it inexperience or was it to help boost the share price in order to raise equity at double today's price level? Money that is going to spent on executive pay and the black hole of U.K. shipbuilding. Absent some big news on ML or a major defence contract, both of which look shaky, INFA stock is looking like a vehicle to endlessly milk shareholders.

I'm actually long unfortunately. I come here to air my frustrations and hear other viewpoints. This message board cannot meaningfully move the share price either way IMO. Serious, market-moving investors don't trade based on people like me shouting about news that is already known. They don't even read retail websites.

I don''t think the shorting crew have to work hard here at all tbh, John Wood is doing a great job of being useless all by himself :-)

Maybe Triumph had an air fix model of a ship that they wanted INFA to glue together for them?

TSS appears to be more of an idea / a chat in the pub than an actual functioning company. It was formed a few months before the announcement. There are 3 late career blokes all calling themselves something like 'head of operations', though their CVs are largely those of unremarkable journeyman contractors. Two of them were living in Bangkok. There was also a director, a much younger Malaysian called Cindy Davina. I'll let you DYOR on that. Their office was a small rural bungalow at 17 Lanark Rd, ML8. You can find it on Google Earth and Zoopla. I'd be surprised if there was a lot of ship design going on there. Chancers. Making that into a stock market announcement is an embarrassment.

Shove come to push, I don't think that selling the ML should be a problem.

Still amazing to me that John Wood, the CEO of a company with revenue of £1.48mln in 2020 and a mkt cap of £29mln, paid himself £1,011,707 last year. The CFO paid himself £926,168, both having delivered nothing for shareholders. That's an extraordinary compensation to revenue ratio. If there is anything remotely on this scale again there will have to be a look at shareholder and or legal action.

My prediction is they will sell the ML license to an oil major for a knockdown price pre-approval (maybe with some post-approval follow-on payment) in order to generate some cash to pay for Appledore.

ML seems stuck in politics, be a bit like the award of some the oil and gas licences and will take much longer than anyone thinks (and that's if it sees the light of day)

Terminator.I think it is healthy to question a company and hold it to account,my problem is you seem to be almost obsessed and have appeared only recently so my instincts are telling me that there is more than just keeping shareholders up to date on all of the negatives with no balance which suggests some agenda.

Maybe in that month John wood will pull his (overpaid) finger out and keep his account up to date. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/06030687

"Our current focus is absolutely clear: to convert opportunities to contracts as quickly as possible and increase organic cashflows so as to be in an annualised cash break-even position by the end of the current calendar year."That's exactly what they said, it's all dependent on turning opportunities to contracts as well as increasing cashflow. With their record that's probably not going to happen.

Terminator101....The bod are aware of all the points you've posted and have stated that they'll be 'break-even' by Christmas.....so what's wrong with that?.
