I didn't filter fake Arnie to have a look at what he is posting. Looking at his posting history, aside from where he is trolling INFA and 20 other shares, all his posts have been about me. There have been over 500 posts in just the last 6 weeks, and those have continued even after I told him he is a fake Arnie and I live rent free in his head. That's just not normal to be honest, the guy is clearly a deranged psychopath multi id deramping fake Arnie wannabe.

This closed about a week ago...I'll wait for the outcome.

Never thought of those possibilities Bron, setting up the shipyard to be sold off to a bigger entity or selling off the gas storage project. Maybe I will hang on for a little longer and see what unfolds, you never know when news is going to drop.

Hang on a minute. What if they are selling the gas storage caverns off to someone else and the funds from that go into the cruise renewable s shipbuilding aspect of the business .Or better what if the shipbuilding cruise ship renewables has been set up for someone else.A multi asserted operation with 260+ acres and shipbuilding contracts to be announced. No no I've changed my mind .I think I will hang on to them a tad longer.

Fascinating read if you've got the time. Moral of the story: UK shipyards are a dead end. https://www.lrb.co.uk/the-paper/v43/n14/james-meek/who-holds-the-welding-rod

Agree. Trying to compete with Asian shipyard workers making $6000 a year for 72 hour work weeks isn't going to be a profit machine. It's a graveyard, beyond me how they think they'll make a go of it.

Maybe they should shove the H&W project into a subsidiary...and concentrate on the initial project.

One has to wonder if the mid year trading update, which bizarrely was released one day before the mid year had actually ended (and LOI expired), was produced purely as a way to sneak in the Triumph 'news' before it was too late. Everything else in that update was a big nothing, essentially it just told us how much revenue they had decided to recognise / accrue this year from the already announced Saipem deal.
