This bad news for BAT ... losing US market share by volume, writing down the long term value of premium brands which are losing their pricing power ... may turn in to good news for IMB. On which reading the share price here will bounce back.

Daft timing that director buy and she's no rookie, missing the bottom of the recent price cycle by £2 and too late for the first big divi. More names than investment sense.

The IMB buyback(s) return of capital 1.1BN coming in 2024 are certainly making a difference to the share price performance and support..
