So what do we know from todays Placing:

1) Major new and existing institutional investors have participated in the Placing.

2) The procedes allow IMM to make investment into potential indications emanating from the Company's P140 platform, in addition to lupus.

3) The Placing further strengthens the balance sheet and enhances IMM's position in ongoing and future negotiations with potential partners for Lupuzor.

All positives.

This is a sensible move by the company and it is postive that new institutional shareholders have invested.

Re alizyme cetilistat which was always their best chance out of three.is being marketed in Japan sells 65m$ a year expecting worldwide of 200m .was delayed as they could not raise the money themselves and takeda a outlicenced and brought to market.taking longer as had to start at p1 again .

So it is a success .colal pared looks like it will come to market also.azm just could not hang around long enough.


PErhaps with this in mind he has taken out reasonable insurance in a small placing .

Those that call it large makes me wonder what they are thinking when the chairman says tiny in market cap compared to potential.theirthought on tiny must be about .01%

Those who spoke with PR at the company no one is ever goingto tell you they are in the middle of a fundraising!

A friend encouraged me to buy some weeks back,so glad at 170p l didn't. Not impressed today. Do not trust this management.

"best146724 Jan '18 - 07:18 - 10771 of 10877" totally agree. Very few organisations keep PIs posted and VRS is one of them and I hope it stays like this. IMM didn't care about PIs and many who bought at 170s-180s had a loss (they could have bought 140s if allowed).

DO agree Tim does seem like a fishy character, can't say I trust him either but I trust the honest scientists and researchers in IMM. Hoping for good things ahead, fingers crossed & GLA. Still in but with a reduced holding. This is no time to sell.

Bookbroker Totally agree Ref TMcarthy its there in black and white the man cannot be trusted he as twice stated fully funded through to p3 .I sold Several times over the last months but retain a large holding into the readout but the underhand and misleading way they have gone about the last two placing and contradictory remarks after makes me sick to the stomach with this company

Have to take my hat off to the people who were in the know about the placings. Many here including myself had NO idea I have to admit but one or two KNEW!
Dilution is minimum, the company is all the more strong and all this won't matter at all if the results are positive which after all is why pi's are here, yes!

In that case a bit of a mystery why a big player has not already swooped in here. They don't usually wait around for phase 3 trial results before taking an interest in potential blockbuster candidates.

It would be by far the best outcome for shareholders though, the risks and expense of full approvals, commercialisation, recruiting and building a sales team and conducting a successful etc. is a big challenge.

This would have probably been brewing for some time when they were first approached .So instead of thinking it is a discount to the recent price of 185 it could be thought of as a premium to the not so distant price of 50.

Hmmm made some money on the way up and have been looking for an entry point but the chart looks weak, could see retest at 125 and beyond that 100.

Well I am eating my hat just now.. only positive I can other than cash in the bank for IMM, is that an ii was interested before results. The price I assume is also adjusted to reflect this risk.
