24/1/2018 11:23 | Where are all those £50, £100 valuation punters now? I'll be happy with £3. | volsung
24/1/2018 11:20 | Been doing a bit of basic research. Not happy that the Chairman hold so little stock - why didn't he buy some at 144p? Not happy that the CEO owns so few either. The share price has shot up massively really and on the face of it after saying "fully funded until 2018" it is always the management that I look to. Take a look at MTFB. Management need more skin in the game and I would not be surprised to see this sub £1.00 before the results are due. Confidence within many PIs has been knocked. | pyglet
24/1/2018 11:16 | To be fair the additional Lupuzor open label study running for 6 months would have needed additional funding - presumably to pay Simbac-Orion and to manufacture the drug. I also think any investment in P140 at this point will be worth a lot more later on when you look at the market potential of the platform. | top tips
24/1/2018 11:15 | The new share issue is about 1 percent of the total. It is very small and poses the question why bother with the trial results due so soon ? Looks to me the company was hedging its bets and securing jobs rather than meeting demand. Fair enough I suppose but it is a shame that it took so long to arrange,a placing 20p higher would look as if IMM were confident and give credulity to the demand story. I feel ambivalent about IMM right now. | bolador
24/1/2018 11:14 | I am still very bullish but those words 'fully funded for 2018' ...lets see what the price does | jpleight
24/1/2018 11:05 | Been here since 22p. Placing is positive. Price depreciation should be low for a few days. Usually bounces back. There's a lot more positives to look forward to. | postbrexit1
24/1/2018 11:04 | 2.50 within a month I think, see you all then. | wossupsa
24/1/2018 11:01 | Been holding since before it broke the £1 mark. Added a few prematurely a couple of days ago at 166 and have had another lot today. | albie two shoes
24/1/2018 11:01 | Its a waiting game now. | volsung
24/1/2018 11:01 | because they want them as cheap as they can get them, eh NYboy | happyman7
24/1/2018 11:00 | Unfortunately it’s a bad day to announce a placing a lot of stocks are taking a hammering today anyway. IQE is down 14% which is 4% more than IMM on no news and after already being down 80p from highs! Keep the faith here today’s drop is nothing an is totally normal | john09
24/1/2018 10:58 | Unlike TAP, insiders didn't off-load to 'meet investor demand'. | waterloo01
24/1/2018 10:57 | Funds managers knocking on the door wanting shares, really. If so why not do the placing at 160p if they wanted them that badly. | montyhedge
24/1/2018 10:54 | Added more at 143.05p; time will tell if right or wrong. 10% discounted placing I guess is the norm. Seen earlier this month in TAP and XLM. I hope it ends well for everyone. | ashehzi
24/1/2018 10:53 | If some of you guys are/have been de-risking then why not IMM do the same just in case things don't turn out the way they hope/plan. At this stage Board of IMM are confident (no doubt) but at the same time they are not certain so they have to mitigate the risks. I was miffed at first but thinking it through it does make sense and raising additional capital at 144p in not at all bad. Just a few thoughts to add to many others. Have a good day. | divinessence
24/1/2018 10:48 | Happy to see the share price sit around 140/150p area for a few weeks | ny boy
24/1/2018 10:42 | If trials fail this cash will only prop up management s pay packets until the next time. Wise to raise cash during managements uncertainly, panic is all it is. | au24
24/1/2018 10:42 | The real surprise is the price, if instis really did approach the company then they haven't exactly covered themselves in glory. I bet the consultants that were given options last month at 153p are well chuffed.I hope they don't roll over when potential suitors arrive. | chadders
24/1/2018 10:41 | Well the detractors, and we suddenly seem to have a few don’t we, have managed to sow a few seeds of doubt here. Institutions will always demand a discount to the market price. That is common practice. It’s a bit lower than I hoped for @ 144p but so be it. Nothing has changed fundamentally. Except current market psychology which is full of doubt. That’s something which shorters can potentially profit from short term. It’s interesting that all of a sudden we have posters targeting the integrity of both the company and management. | dibs61
24/1/2018 10:39 | lol, I can just see the Hedge fund managers sitting at their desks watching advfn, will they be using Blue or Black user names :)) | gbh2
24/1/2018 10:32 | What a superb top up opportunity today is proving to be! Puts IMM is a position of strength in any impending/current negotiations and you don't raise £10 million on the back of "hope". | adorling
24/1/2018 10:31 | top tips, Yes all positives but will Lupuzor's success follow? That is factor X!!!!! ATB, GD | greatfull dead |
