24/1/2018 07:46 | Assuming that IMM were indeed approached by the institutions then it would seem sensible for IMM to have taken up their offer. For a small dilution IMM have put themselves in a position where they can accelerate work on other indications for P140 rather than waiting for a Lupizor deal, and have put themselves in a stronger negotiating position regarding Lupizor as they are not under time or cash pressure to get a deal done. The fact that II's wanted in, despite the P3 results still to be published, speaks for itself. | miavoce
24/1/2018 07:45 | To me disappointing ..... if these institutions were so desperate to get their hands on IMM shares , they would have paid a premium , not a discount. | marwalker
24/1/2018 07:44 | Jp196224 Jan '18 - 07:32 - 10785 of 10795 0 1 1 Do you really think these investors would pay 1.44 only to see it collapse sub 40p if they were not confident of results! Exactly! I would be happy if I can top up at the placing level, somehow I doubt I will get a chance, the World and his mistress will want in! Certainly was some leaky info around yesterday, not good really but I will watch for further snippets from those posters on lse etc, they seem rather close to the action. | ny boy
24/1/2018 07:43 | I have no idea if this is good or not Does it concern anyone that he is now saying key data Stil on track end of Q1 , in past always said top line results ? | chalky230
24/1/2018 07:43 | If new investors listened to posters on this board constantly ramping stocks like these they would end up potless, this will drop back to 140 today, and stay there until confirmed trial results are out on Lupozor, the market is nowhere near the size people keep crowing about otherwise this would have been taken over ages ago, that or Zimmer is a complete nutter who spends his days fantasising over being a billionaire! | bookbroker
24/1/2018 07:40 | Well done management - very sensible. Investment is about protecting downside, not just hyping upside. We can now say - whether the ph3 trial is successful or not - IMM has a future. | wigwammer
24/1/2018 07:40 | Oooh look. PJJ71 wants in, on the sly. | divmad
24/1/2018 07:39 | Any share price weakness will be bought into | talkman2
24/1/2018 07:39 | PJJ: I haven't posted here before but I have held for some time. The directors have actually done what they should do by the book. Raise money on strength in the event of bad news. Oil and mining companies do it all the time. If Lupuzor results are not what is expected - and this is always possible however unlikely I or anyone may feel - then this cushions them before they decide on a plan B. And they keep their jobs. I am holding and I think any fall will be SB'ers and MMs taking out weak longs with guaranteed stops, and will be short lived. GLTA | wolstencroft
24/1/2018 07:38 | Tool, Your pal was indeed right, sorry I mistrusted you.Maybe now that institutions have got their fill, we can move upwards to a fair risk/reward price. | che7win
24/1/2018 07:36 | Let's see how Mr Market takes it | qs99
24/1/2018 07:36 | Nice to see that insider trading is alive and well. Disappointed that this was clearly known amongst some investors with the chatter on here. Could have held off my latest buy at 180p but heyho, this puts a floor under the price and I expect the upward trajectory to continue now. Holders from sub 144p can feel happy about that. Also adds strength ahead of results | costapacket
24/1/2018 07:34 | easy short to 130 | pjj71
24/1/2018 07:34 | Only the delusional fools see this as good .. you couldn't script it... | pjj71
24/1/2018 07:34 | The market will tell us in 30mins whether it's positive or not, I have my doubts. wllm | wllmherk
24/1/2018 07:33 | I'll buy 135p area | toolsmoker
24/1/2018 07:33 | Something very wrong here!!! Capital raise so close to rial results??!??? | pjj71
24/1/2018 07:33 | It’s a 10% discount and it’s about 5% dilution . Plus it’s cash in the bank. Ignore the doomsayers yawn | john09
24/1/2018 07:33 | Seen it many times before , lots of small placing's to keep the directors in the style their wife's need.Cortec and Meldex spring to mind. Sorry but avoid. | bargainbob
24/1/2018 07:32 | Do you really think these investors would pay 1.44 only to see it collapse sub 40p if they were not confident of results! | jp1962
24/1/2018 07:30 | This placing hasn't made anything clearer in my opinion. All it's done is muddied the water further in my mind as to the eventual outcome of the phase III trials. If fully funded through the phase III, why would you raise 2 months before results? At a price below your average. | bayliea
24/1/2018 07:29 | the share price has been fairly weak recently I guess this is why, might see some further weakness but, who knows. The Chairman's comments about this being worth multi-billions doesn't hold much water as he would say that wouldn't he ? All in all this makes me nervous as it suggests they are not as confident as they would have us believe in the efficacy of Lupuzor. Considering taking my profits and watching from sidelines. wllm | wllmherk
24/1/2018 07:28 | Would you tie up all your money in here even if you were 70% sure? Ask yourself that question hence the placing | jp1962
24/1/2018 07:27 | It's not certain that's why | jp1962 |
