Best, would you broadcast the possibility of a possible placing way in advance. N, far better to deny it and then raise funds at a higher price (now) than keep the price depressed in anticipation of a future placing.

This seems like a sensible move. It's possibly enough to fund a second PIII if the first points to efficacy but misses endpoints in some way. If Lupuzor is a bust the company can also try to advance its cancer drug.

It's hard to make much sense of institutional investors who refused to back this technology at 25p, forcing IMM to go with Lanstead, but are now happy to pay 144p with no new data.

One thing for sure T MCArthy can not be trusted that's for sure he stated before the previous fund raise that they were fully funded up to phase 3 the we had the placing reason given to further the p140platform and strengthen negotiation footing .We then have today's placing and explanation and posters on this board saying great move you couldn't make it up leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.

Much a do about nothing today, bears have given up with their idiotic placing story, most can see they have been exposed, a few fell for it and those that sold, someone else bought their stock at a cheap price.

Waiting for the next imaginary story to emerge no doubt.

It's not a level playing field folks.We have good news, the share price was rising, and institutions see a good investment.They demand some action and are given it 40p below what we were paying last week.Was Tim doing all these interviews to pump it up?I'm disgusted by this.

Explains the 'flash crash' to £1.50.

Its a prudent move and I doubt is any indicator of the results. It means they are in a stronger position in negotiations (ongoing)and if they need to run a 2nd trial, is partly funded.

Not wildly happy it was leaked into the market (hat's off to those that knew).
