The point of a placing here, this company would be better advised to do a deal with a large pharma concern to produce and market this drug, and complete the trial with Lupozor, that I think McCarthy should be hung, drawn and quartered over, posters seem to be convinced this is a shoe-in, I’m not so sure, if there had been interest from outside the company would have been obligated to tell shareholders!

All placing RNSs to date have been issued at 7am, generally with the announcement of an accelerated book build.There is no reason to suggest the company needs more cash immediately to finance the 6 month extension and my gut feel is that they would wait as long as possible (i.e. until the P3 readout) before raising any more cash.Zimmer prices his equity extremely highly. He has always been terribly loathe to raise cash unless absolutely necessary as he feels any dilution very personally. At this stage, so close to readout, any placing and particularly one as low as £1.50 is out of the question in my opinion.

Just trying to add some realism to the board. Appreciate it comes across as focussing on the negatives but given the rampant optimism here, I endeavour to provide an alternative viewpoint.

Whether you believe me or not is unimportant, what is important is looking at the points I raise and making up your own minds.

I hold as I believe IMM will be worth a lot more than today if the phase 3 results are good enough to secure an FDA approval in 2018.

Jimmy agreed. I'm not knocking it. If people are prepared to put the hours and hard work in, good luck. Multiple posts showing what we should be doing does irritate.
It's just too clever for me; I'm just a ii. The holier than thou attitude does grind a bit though especially when a lot of the points could be true!

No one and I mean no one buys shares then posts continually and each post having a negative tilt to it, they may give negative points now and then but not in every post. as NY says buy the dips imo

I dont nderstand why everyone us talking about this, one person on a different board said i can see a fundraising, he wasnt a regular poster, he didnt know we are fully funded into 2019,and was just his oppinion.

You make the rumours get bigger just by talkng about it.

Your better talking about whats in the public arena, trial is finished, no adverse side effects, and topline results imminent, and a large rerating on these.

Seems to be chatter about a small raising. No idea if it's true or not, but actually raising a smallish amount now would be prudent, IF true and tells you nothing about the results.

However caution. The rumour is primarily coming from folk who are, shall we say, not exactly IMM supporters, so trade it at your own risk!
