02/7/2024 08:11 | Once upon a time today’s news would be greeted with significant buying and share price rise. However I feel people don’t believe this story anymore. Multiple Delays, lack of belief from investors and little appetite for ilika at the moment. For example, what on earth has happened to Stereax? Anyone? Good to see some P1 samples being sent, let’saee if they meet customer requirements | kenjen1
19/6/2024 10:39 | and hxxps://www.theregis | rogk
18/6/2024 16:07 | hxxps://www.theregis New TDK battery quoting capacity as "1,000 watt-hours per liter" Interesting that they use that metric - it's almost as if battery volume has suddenly become important! Naturally, that will be "litres" for _everyone_ outside of the USA. Banana shown for comparison... | spiceboy
07/6/2024 16:10 | Tbh I'm pretty much reinvesting the profits I took a few years ago here when the shares went over 200p in the silly times. Happy to play the long game here. | robertspc1
06/6/2024 14:20 | Robertspec.. risky business adding to losers 🤨 and hoping.. winners add to winners.. All sells again today here, what makes me nervous about the possibility of a hidden buyer hoovering these sells up is the low 28p offer take up Suspect my disenchantment with the directors consistently lame efforts will win through here and see me bail with a small loss.. unlike Purdey’s £28k salary this month, LOL 🤨🤨 | phil2003
05/6/2024 16:54 | Added a few more to the pension pot. Obviously needs patience but still expected corporate action this year | robertspc1
05/6/2024 06:12 | phil there's a good reason for that. | rogk
29/5/2024 21:22 | Another open offer gets little take up. This is what happens when placings are done at multi year lows. New investors get in at a low price and existing investors suffer | robertspc1
29/5/2024 12:08 | aja2 & Malnu, open offer fell short of expectations, no !? | rogk
28/5/2024 11:39 | This is possibly a more engaging interview regarding the commercialisation of ilika's recent activity.. They need to go public with a couple of the 17 x OEM’s (invariably some Big name auto manufacturers) currently involved in discussions about Goliath for this to pop. 11th July = Annual Results | phil2003
24/5/2024 17:27 | Indeed, robert, the chart suggests it could climb back to 50p from here. | horneblower
24/5/2024 16:30 | The company is deliberately opaque I think. The interview referenced below is a lot more informative than the RNS. As I have said on many occasions this is risky but the opportunity to get in at this price won't be around for long IMHO | robertspc1
24/5/2024 14:09 | https://www.director | kooba
22/5/2024 22:10 | Horneblower, i fear you might be right.. A bunch of wholly academics treading water to retirement? | phil2003
22/5/2024 22:04 | "The development status of their EV battery is impenetrable to a new investor"... I think that's the general idea! | horneblower
22/5/2024 21:57 | Jeez, that RNS is poor… The development status of their EV battery is impenetrable to a new investor.. Who actually remembers which one of the D development stages or P versions of Goliath is which & therefore track progress against the timings & power milestones touted at recent investor day?!? What does this mean in terms of advances over and above lithium-ion parity?? OK, I’ll do it.. Having found and cross referenced RNS against the 2023 YE report slides, the graph suggests that as of today, their P1 prototype solid state battery produces 12% more power (Wh/kg) than a Li-ion equivalent EV battery.. and one of their partners is Tata steel (obviously not worthy of mentioning in the RNS!?) Yet another cryptic RNS written by Ted Rogers (3-2-1 reference for oldies) Utterly clueless, vague and devoid of any commercial awareness whilst Mr Purdey creams off £28k a month from a fast diminishing pot (annual renumeration of £341,000) of ours and Government grant money for blathering on and boring everyone rigid.. oh and the Gigafactory is 4 years away Need to try (much) harder ilika | phil2003
22/5/2024 21:51 | You have to read between the lines with this company. Management are very conservative and some would say extremely dull. But given how so many tech CEOs overhype their stock, eg QuantumScape it is actually quite reassuring | robertspc1
22/5/2024 09:54 | Six paragraphs of the usual waffle from Purdy, saying absolutely nothing. He missed his vocation. Should have been a civil servant. | horneblower
22/5/2024 08:13 | Interesting RNS. but no reaction. Guess it was well flagged during the placing discussions with institutions | robertspc1
20/5/2024 21:24 | For a bit more of a technical discussion about Goliath I can recommend the latest battery technology podcast episode with John Tinson. | robertspc1
10/5/2024 13:31 | Placing already closed. Quickly and enthusiastically. This is a very positive development. | malnu
10/5/2024 08:15 | Obvious now why they had the capital markets day. I think this is a top up cash job until they get further down the road with Goliath and bring a partner in. Also reflects delayed Stereax revenues which they have flagged. Hopefully well supported | robertspc1
10/5/2024 07:52 | You recently suggested a significant raise and at a discount; neither has happened as this is small and at the bid price; not diluting more than is necessary. | aja2 |
