They think fair value is about £8.50p a share.

I'm still sitting on the side watching.
IGR looks undervalued but I have a few concerns which may lead to a lower entry point.

PF share sales understandable considering how long he had held them. I would like to see him reinvest some of the proceeds in order to show a commitment to get through the next few years. Failure to do so may show a lack of belief or commitment.

FD GW leaving for unknown reasons after selling £1m shares at £6. GW is the lead on M&A and the CSS purchase. IGR paid a premium for CSS but the CSS share price had been in decline for several years.

Gideon Schlessinger, Americas CEO for 7 years leaving after a trading update which said a review of the priorities and plans in the US was needed is a worry. It leaves an obvious space for some more bad news in the next update.

It makes sense that IGR saw an opportunity to combine CSS products with IGR design skills to produce a significantly increased range of products for IGR customers.
It is understandable that current international transport issues resulted in additional costs that could not be passed on in contracts that had already been agreed.
Claiming excellent customer service should keep turnover positive, although it may take a couple of years to recover the margins back from the retailers who will also be trying to keep price rises to a minimum.
Depressed IGR share price will make M&A less attractive and unaffordable unless IGR take on debt.
IGR long term incentive scheme for senior management is worthless as minimum targets are now unachievable.
Debt and finance should not be an issue as it has been improving for the last decade up until recent events. Debt and growth worries held back the IGR share price for 7 years from 2008.

If you do a join between RSI "buy" signals and GOOD fundamentals I get a list of ZERO
.
If I tweak my list for "good fundamentals" so it also includes "intangible" assets I get just ONE company

#IGR (Aim-listed).
Fundamentals obviously are historic so be careful.

But IGR is the biggest outlier in the entire UK stockmarket (as far as I can see)

NY Boy: Not necessariliy. It might just be oversold (look at the RSI).
I think we can say no dividend for a while but the rest is tea leaf stuff.
Polar Capital LLP might have been a forced seller?

HTG: Fracking is in posh peoples areas so its not going to happen. However if they develop WEST OF SHETLAND (eg #HUR) they will get the gas.

Its either save the planet or save our wallets.

Consider the effect of increased electricity prices across the board . In the States where they have cheaper electricity prices because of fracking the input cost will be less than elsewhere . Until we allow fracking here we will be dependent on Russian gas which PutIn can reduce at will

The conditions will effect all companies so there will be price rises across the board . People will still send cards as an email isn't the same .one can use the "I am being environmentally friendly " excuse but everyone knows it's an excuse for being tight . I sell cards and at the right price cards sell well . I do a discount deal on 10 cards and my normal price is 20% below local competition normally. The question is how much lower will it go before recovering

Inflation can (sometimes) let companies get out of jail free.
Depends if they get away with using it as a cover to rise prices/profits.

Its worth noting that it was the "profit warning" that caused the fall.
But also in the very same update it stated "turnover had increased" so this is a BILLION DOLLAR company now.
Any tiny improvement in margin (any at all) and profit will come in.
It doesn't need much, anything at all - when you're talking a BILLION BUCKS.

I'm finding it hard to get excited with todays rise after being slaughtered last few months but any rise is welcome. Director buys would really get my confidence up.
