26/1/2022 12:46 | Thanks s34icknote. No, it was impossible to sell first thing. By time could sell it was already 50% down. I took the view, over 24 months its more likely to rise 50% than fall a further 50% - so decided to hold. Plenty of scope for improvement.... And perhaps shorts closing at some point. | netcurtains
26/1/2022 12:37 | Can't believe this is going so low !!!Hope some of you sold and took some profits I'm having same experience with dddd !! | s34icknote

26/1/2022 10:32 | Its now a "near" netnet stock. Eg its market cap is £114m but has cash of £40m And NAV of £260m total CURRENT assets: £486m total liabilities: £416m total assets £713m | netcurtains
26/1/2022 10:21 | Xmas over so sell will go down now until summer | blackhorse23
26/1/2022 10:07 | This is painful - had bought years ago and multi bagged so bought more and was well into profit up to £8 on OCT 2019 and thought of taking profits at £7.50 and £6.50 and now gone from a multi bag to a loss. Never thought this would happen. On the comments about a UK company being successful in USA - I thought most the US business is as a result of a large acquisition of a US based company rather then a UK company starting from scratch. | grantley
26/1/2022 09:54 | IGR are on my watch list but fortunately not my buy list. This is not a turning ship yet. Icebergs are all around and no sign of clear water. There are plenty of manufactures, importers and retailers facing similar issues It should give us plenty of time to do some research. Anybody been a long term holder or following IGR for years? | darrin1471
26/1/2022 09:28 | johnrxx99: REXL - Its now one of the 20 biggest companies in the FTSE100.... You cant get any more successful in the US then that. Then of course, just last year: ASHTEAD .... Blimy it went into orbit. | netcurtains
26/1/2022 09:25 | That's a valid point and they make have to ask for more cash but they are doing the sensible thing and reviewing if they can cut overheads to generate more cash Any savings will go straight on the bottom line | wall street trader
26/1/2022 09:24 | Just looking in. Made a bomb b4 on this one but US seems to be really FU. Has anybody seen a UK company do well in the US long term? Starter for 10. | johnrxx99
26/1/2022 09:03 | Currently Market Cap: 114m NAV 264.13m The update says company is breaking even. "IF" USA comes out of pandemic in 2023 oould possibly do well from this level They also say they have about £40m in cash eg its NAV is worth potentially double its current market cap. Being one of the losers here, I'm going to simply hold and hope in a couple of years it will be 50% higher then it is now. Gut feeling is more likely (over 2 years) to be 50% higher than 50% lower than current price. | netcurtains
26/1/2022 08:56 | Tricky financial situation. $40 million in cash but working capital requirements in the 1st half are well over $100 million (last year $140'ish). Is a bank going to be happy lending then $100 million when they are doing money and the market cap is only £120 million? | elsa7878
26/1/2022 08:43 | You'd have thought people would be buying more craft things (i certainly have) to keep the kids entertained. But from £7 Jan 2020, to £1.2 Jan 2022? Looks a tad like capitulation? | theprovosts
26/1/2022 08:36 | and a few more am at my maximum exposure to any one share now so will sit and relax and see what's going to happen - no shirt bet on these but think long term will be a good move | wall street trader
26/1/2022 08:15 | I've just bought a few more - let's see what happens | wall street trader |
