23/10/2018 15:56 | This isn't a pi selling it's one of big holders from early on who got in at 40p ISH level, will continue till they've sold the lot, could be another month.but once gone it will be fantastic. Mind you a lot of these sells are also those who bought in at 55p making their 10% | ducati2345
23/10/2018 15:52 | tsmith2, Whoever it is has an enormous amount of stock to unload. I only see it clearing when JV news finally arrives. Cash | cashandcard
23/10/2018 15:52 | Whole market being shafted. | ziblot
23/10/2018 15:43 | How long for though..sniff of news..will be toast | tsmith2
23/10/2018 15:34 | Old Mr 5k really doesn't want to do anything other than push the share price down. Could sell a lump of 20k like others do but that wouldn't have the same impact so hits the 5k sell button each time and has the effect he's after. I can only presume it is someone who has it on a spread bet short and is trying to bash it down whenever it gets quiet. Could just be a panicked PI with Brent taking a bit of a kicking but still doesn't explain the 5k packages, | begorrah88
23/10/2018 15:16 | That’s a wise move to recognise that ziblot. The old saying to adjust a position down to your sleep level is smarter than it sounds. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
23/10/2018 15:11 | I've always maintained that it was hard to obtain funding. People shouldn't believe we have recovered from the oil collapse. The market is still cautious. One for buffy, I sold out of sou and took a hit of £50k. I bought in without proper diligence and paid the price. Not saying it won't come good but I bought because the share price was in vogue/play. Once I'd bought, the share price went south. Couldn't sleep at night so accepted a 25% hit and got out. | ziblot
23/10/2018 14:52 | "slow coming out of the stalls"? More a case of reared up in the stalls & slipped out the back. Since been schooled at home & with a new jockey is fancied on its next outing | thegreatgeraldo
23/10/2018 14:49 | Buffy, The frantic posts looked that way because a lot of money has been taken off the table, and would be posters have cleared off. Thanks for your recommendations; obviously from personal experience. C'mon i3, once one of my biggest winners, is it now an also-ran? No, just slow coming out the stalls. | ziblot
23/10/2018 14:34 | Showme, I don't need to do anything, my money is still here. Everyone in Aberdeen knows about Liberator; will any make a move? | ziblot
23/10/2018 14:33 | Once the bleo holm survey is completed and no major refit required Game on Couple of months I'd say Ive been involved on foinaven project and thats been on station for 23 years first oil nov 97. Its planning for refit in 2020 but they've left it a bit late. Bleo holm could be in and out of yard (if required )on a quick turnaround Lets hope required work can be done on station though. | d1nga
23/10/2018 14:31 | I do the liver at a knock down price as it's a bit damaged ! Lol | kierandoberman
23/10/2018 14:20 | Hi Cash Yeah, buddying up to Schiehallion. Similarly, Liberator should be buddying up to Blake & Ross, but we seem to be at an amber-light regarding use of Bleo Holm and how long BH will be operational. I guess my points were: * 20 mmbbls (even as a satellite) is worth going for * £230m development costs are a lot more than the rumoured $200m for Liberator (and that $200m includes an appraisal well) * the Moray Firth is not easy but it's way easier than 140 km west of Shetland. We just need to let MS and FirstEnergy get on with it. Something will happen and this dip to the 50s will either be seen as a nightmare that has ended (for those that rode it out) or a golden opportunity (for those that bought it up). so we need a deal to get us over the line. It won't happen tomorrow, but each day on is definitely a day closer to that line. | caters
23/10/2018 14:06 | Caters, But they are tying that into nearby infrastructure which they own in an area full of satellites. I'm in no doubt the increasing oil price has helped those reserves to project sanction. Yes, similar to I3E except I3E do not own the infrastructure - so we need a deal to get us over the line. 23/10/2018 13:54 | From The Times (paywall): BP given green light for Alligin field in North Sea October 23 2018, 12:01am, The Times BP has been granted regulatory approval for the £230 million development of a new oilfield in the North Sea. The Oil and Gas Authority gave the green light for the Alligin field, 140km west of Shetland, which is expected to start up in 2020 and produce 12,000 barrels of oil a day at its peak. The field, which is half-owned by BP and half by Royal Dutch Shell, is expected to tap reserves of 20 million barrels by connecting to the production facilities for the much larger Schiehallion field nearby 140km west of Shetland! That's a harsh environment for 20mmbbls. | caters
23/10/2018 13:07 | With BP leading the way in extracting value from North Sea assets with a similar reserve to Liberator, anyone with half a brain can see what a crazy price the market cap of i3 currently is. | coscos
23/10/2018 13:04 | Kieran, Can I av your liver? Ta. | loafingchard
23/10/2018 13:00 | There will be no whoosh , the way this dropped has made too many wary, gradual build again like last year, but we will have sellers back in again soon so will be slow progress without news on JV. | ducati2345
23/10/2018 12:43 | I was unpleasantly shocked with this dropping from 110p to 55p on delayed funding. | showme01
23/10/2018 12:42 | you'll be pleasantly surprised me thinks | tsmith2
23/10/2018 12:38 | No whoosh but I can feel a build back up to 80p as this was totally oversold. Sellers that wanted out are now out. Positions being built again. | showme01
23/10/2018 12:38 | Struggling to buy £1k. Being quoted 67p on iii. Cash | cashandcard
23/10/2018 12:21 | Anyone feel a whoosh is coming up? | tsmith2
23/10/2018 12:01 | MMs also quick to knock it up. | che7win |
