Well yes, the directors, the cretins, can only wait for so long, when they go out of their minds and destroy the little value that is left, which is the fictitious cash pile!

There is no fiction involved in my presentations of never ending declines brought about by the inability of the cretin directors of not being able to create value in this company!

Cake showed millions in cash in their accounts while they were being made bankrupt!

Unless, in the meantime the directors, because they have become fed up waiting, pay themselves an interim bonus and wipe all the cash from the bank accounts! How cruel will this be, when it will happen, which is not whether, but when!

Yeah sure Tony we should listen to you rather than an official communication from the company. Jeez these guys must think we are all stupid!

That’s irrelevant.
If they don’t add to the the contracts they’ll run out out of cash mid point 2019 imo
Once flu—v and ags is sold, special divi is paid out, the share price is probably not worth more than 0.3 - 0.6
Hopefully they’ll get those deals over the line but once they are done everybody will be out

Oh and I think you'll find they're not going to be funding Flu-v and Ags-v. The company which buys them will take them further

Tony, are you cerebrally challenged? What part of the following statement don't you understand? "We anticipate that the majority of the cost savings will not be fully realised until 2019, but we believe that these, along with a healthy project pipeline of client work, will enable the Company to support its business activities with its current cash beyond 2019".

Unless I've suddenly become dyslexic I'm sure it means they have plenty enough cash to see them through to after the end of 2019.

Changed your mind from post 1930 then Berny re ceo selling?
Probably have enough cash for another 5-6 months as the deals will bring in 30-40% up front plus £2.5 in receivables to collect.
WGC costs probably not that great, given most R&D is in DARPA project.
Need more contracts to keep it running so will depend on pipeline conversion.

But still need to find p3 and ags-v

Don't listen to the trolls they're only out to trash your investment.

Read what the company itself says regarding its cash position. This is from the interims:

"We anticipate that the majority of the cost savings will not be fully realised until 2019, but we believe that these, along with a healthy project pipeline of client work, will enable the Company to support its business activities with its current cash beyond 2019."

Seems pretty definitive to me.

When you are a paid ramper you are a paid ramper. You do not need to be that obvious! There is no escaping the fact. One would think that poor Bernie should be felt sorry for!?

This is a brutal market and by hyping up prospects (perhaps non existing ones) just makes it much, much worse.

I just wish this would be otherwise, but the fall here is just relentless and there is no respite in sight, let alone reversal. I wish I was wrong, but just trying to deal with facts.

Trolls out in force. You'd have thought it was cheap enough for them to buy now. Sad when you have to lie and deceive to make a few bob but some people have no scruples in this world. We know the story hasn't changed here. Hold and accumulate. MMs still seem keen to take your stock I could sell 35k in one hit earlier. 10% down on 0.2% of company's shares traded. You couldn't make it up

Berny I think the best way to respond to Samu would be to relent from further posting on HVO

Let the share price do the talking.

I think further chat from you will vindicate Samu analysis that you are a paid romper and doing the share no good service.

Hold back man let everyone do there own analysis.

watch berny he is a professional, hired ramper, who has not got any shares and he is collecting commissions as he keeps on ramping and the innocent go to their slaughter! And we are still waiting on the June RNS when we were told that news is imminent. Institutional investors are just as gullible as anyone else and in the meantime the directors went off with the millions in the bank account as a special bonus!I have written this holding off now and put it in the bottom drawer.

21m didn't commence until October and stretches through 2019
The company still need another 10m revenue added in 2019 to break even
Assuming they add the 10m then the companies systems are at capacity according to CEO.
Ags-v ready for phase 2 - cash needed
Flu - v ready for phase 3 but no takers. not even an announcement that discussions are progressing which may / may not lead to a deal.
R&D completed but costs associated with redundancies and closure of Welwyn site
Lots of potential had this all happened 18 months ago.

All too late for significant returns.

Best to hope for controlled sale of assets (49% owned)left too long this will likely be a firesale, minimal return.

Big pharmas just need to wait to pick up cheap.

And how about the revenues? £21m in new contracts added to the £5m in the half year to June 2018? More contracts in the pipeline. Projected to be profitable in 2019. And sure as hell Woodford wouldn't have bought in the 60's if there was any risk of a placing.

As you know the company aren't going to be burning any more cash on drug R&D. The last company presentation made that crystal clear.

So no need for any money. And with Flu-v and ags-v up for sale more chance of mega bucks coming in.

Check the accounts 9.5m cash burn last half period.
We are now 4 months further down the line 10m in bank at end of June 2.5m tax refund.
At same cash burn that gives us say 3 months.

Needs to raise say 15m a 20% discount.
