Same pattern appears to be repeating itself as the drop from 60p to 15p from March to June this year. Strange then how immediately after exciting preliminary results on Flu-v at the end of March the share price went into freefall ending only with the release of the full P2 results in mid June. Im not for one minute suggesting the share price will drop that far again but just pointing out the suspicious drop on low volume on the back of good news mirroring the current suspicious drop on the back of excellent news and great progress. AIM is a dirty place at the best of times and given the short supply of this stock it wouldn't surprise me if the share price is being taken down again so that the deep pockets can fill up at the expense of weak PIs. I keep coming back to the 5p options. Why exercise them now when they have a vesting date several years ahead? Why load up straight after the announcement that you're looking to sell Flu-v to a major? Join the dots and follow the money

They could also have trailed the two big contracts they recently landed. They could also have named the companies that have expressed an interest in the 2 Imutex compounds. But it's obvious they're not batting for the lowly PI. The award and take up of management options should be sufficient evidence that those in charge and the institutions that have backed them see a massive opportunity to clean up here. Wouldn't surprise me if all these shares being sold are ending up in stickier hands. It's quite telling that all the way down on this drop I could sell anything from 25k-75k shares in one hit. Those shares must be going somewhere.

As for the dilution red herring we've been there before you numbskulls. Plenty enough cash to see us well after the end of 2019 and that's without any more new contracts coming in.

Like I've said many times before let's wait and see who has the last laugh here.

Berny given you appear to be paid for ramping on there behalf there must be some sort of feedback loop whether through the broker or PR firm etc.
Assuming so HERES what to do.

Petition them to issue a statement that says:
The company is in discussions with a number of parties which may or mat not lead to an agreement over the utilisation of its asset Flu-V

SIMPLE - this is unlikely to undermine any NDA

It is this failure to openly discuss which has led to share price weakness - not deramping.
FEEDBACK and watch the price rise.

No discussions no statement = no price rise.

Berny - when they dilute he can take part (if he has the funds) and keep at 29% - nice try anyhow

Woody could take 29% of what might be put on offer - BUT ONLY if he has the cash of course. THATS BASIC

Very true Nibb. Im expecting at least another one of these to land in the very near term. If we also get a deal for Flu-V and Ags-V then the same shysters who are deramping will be scrambling to buy back in at multiples of this price. They're playing a risky game imho as once the right news lands here they won't be able to buy in any decent size. That's why I've loaded up on this drop. Same reason that the directors have all exercised their options recently. Like I posted a few days ago if we get a deal and they decide to allocate the proceeds by way of a special dividend then these idiots will be locked out altogether.

Significant pipeline contract negotiations, with top-tier pharmaceutical companies, that should lead to contract signatures in 2018 and 2019, for additional studies to initiate throughout 2019 that would lead to a five year high in utilisation rates for hVIVO's quarantine unit

Woody can't put his hand in his pocket even if he wanted to. He's already over 29% here. Another percentage point and he'd have to make an offer. That's basic but then again if you're just out to deramp why would you bother doing any research?

well 20,000 shares sold so far today has knocked another 3% off the price - don't think Woody would be able to offload any of his 79,208,754 HVO shares tbh

more seriously, he may now be unable to participate in any future further fundraising ...

33p on the bid. You'd almost feel sorry for those still holding this (with the exception of our resident ramper of course)

His most liquid assets will go first - mininmal impact on his fund values.

HVO safe for the time being, however impacts his ability to put his hand in his pocket.
