15/2/2021 13:43 | I’m delighted with the rise-last weeks buys in profit-a little. But I’m not looking beyond the rise in Brent for this rise. None of us knows what’s happening/will happen. With the vaccine roll out continuing globally- I think the potential for Brent to rise more is there. I bought because I believe this will come good- but I’ve been wrong before. GLA | agnabeya

15/2/2021 13:31 | Just been looking at Lincoln Crestal..what is the OGA intervention due april ? I note the company got an extension to June 2021 to evaluate before having to plug and abandon.Still think a tie back could be a low cost option to boost production through AM ..Would likely reduce overall production costs and make the continuing production at Lancaster more sustainable if/when production slipped. As a 50/50 JV could boost production by up to 5000 bopd to Hurricane. Certainly the economics of the tie back must look different with Brent recovery.Hopefully all viable options being considered. | ![]() kooba
15/2/2021 13:28 | Maybe they have had a good reaction to the open talks in regards to a water injection well ? Happy if they continue in this vein towards 6/810p :)) | ![]() telbap
15/2/2021 13:18 | I am wondering if HUR is a target for Kistos. Some of you may have been investors in Rockrose Energy. It was bought out last year making a fortune for Andrew Austin who ran it (and a few bob for me I am pleased to say). He brought a new company, Kistos to the market in November at around 100p. Shares now around 160p and his aim is to acquire producing assets in the North Sea in Q1 this year. We shall see! I may be totally wrong but it is a possibility. He is a shrewd guy. | ![]() bocase

15/2/2021 12:59 | Intervention on Lincoln Crestal is due in April, subject to OGA approval. Maybe that approval has been granted and maybe it's a tie back rather than a P&A? Government departments have been known to leak information. Alternatively, it might just be shorters getting nervous because the CPR is due sometime between now and end of March. If the CPR is favourable, and given the current and forecast POO, HUR is a very dangerous stock to be shorting at the moment. There is massive scope to get burned. There's also the news that Shell is looking to invest West of Shetland. They already have considerable assets in the area so there would be a lot of costs savings if they bought into HUR's assets. I expect their first investments will be in Clair South and other assets they already have a share in, but a favourable CPR might attract them to HUR. | ![]() porrohmahnn
