The well is in approximately 162 m of water. It will be drilled using the Transocean Leader, an anchored semi-submersible mobile drilling rig. The drilling rig requires that its eight anchors and ground chains are pre-laid on the seabed, which will commence on 15 January. The locations of these anchors are given in the Rig List section of the bulletin, with each of chains running in towards the central well location.
