Bernstein may have donated money to charity but so what. He was happy to big up the company on twitter whilst dumping shares; got others to make a donation to his favourite cause.His philanthropic interests are irrelevant to our investing interests; so he's a humanitarian spiv. Still a spiv.

The interesting thing about a full listing is with it the non executives have much more oversight and control if they do not like the direction the execs are taking.

One reason why the big funds like full listed shares.

Gibso.RB has donated millions to Charity through his company Eurovestech which is now private but was listed many years ago on Aim.He is not a spiv as is suggested here but is a very smart investor and we will benefit from his expertise in due course.He does not suffer fools...

Having read pages of posts from unhappy investors my take is that the largest shareholders want HUR to go from Aim to a better listing so the stock becomes much more tradable for larger City funds to become involved.

There are other issues so should the price fall on Monday I feel sure there will be sensible buyers around.

RB will do what is good for CA and CA alone , if our sims , timescales risks etc are running parallel then so be it , however all massive shareholders in an entity must realise that the power they weird be it wanted , intentional or not is massive , if CA / RB wanted to exit fully then this itself would massively undermine both himself and CA .

Don’t fall for the myth that these fund managers and CEOs are ultrism beings
