I can't help but wonder what the share price would've been by now if our 'gamekeeper turned poacher' wasn't such a vociferous seller of late!

Anyway, the CPR will no doubt improve on HUR's 'conservative by nature' in house numbers for Lancaster and hopefully move the share price north reflecting the new barrelage No's.

What is telling is the volume is down markedly today from an average of 7m+ to 3.9m as at 15.47pm

I think selling is general market as most of my shares down over last few days due I have been told to the pound rising in anticipation of brexit certainty

The problem with it going up is that it slows the recycling process down. It does help my stock picking fragile ego though.

Counter intuitive of course but there is nothing like a bit of short term depression to "Clean the pipes!"

Yes i think that is the exact mode they have been in, i have felt the urge to sell a few, and instead have been selling and swapping all of the my other shares around, losing money, if i left those where they were i would be better of now.. at least my HUR remain un-touched and it went blue a little while ago, i hope it ends up closer to the 60 p mark though. :)

The MMs are in stock harvesting mode these last few days collecting from the weak holders.

Was it Buffet who said that over time the stock market was a mechanism for transferring shares from weak hands into strong.

That seems to be whats going on here this week.

MMs taking advantage of day traders trying to make some money taking out their sell stops so they can collect cheap shares for their big clients knowing that after CPR news release the share price will say goodbye to the 50s just as l did when l was a teeny booping Ted then after that entering the 60s as a Mod if any of you remember those times.

Just short term momentum people drifting away to the next hot thing with the grateful MMS picking up stock to fill a few buy orders from small IIs is my take.

The MMS are making 0.5p on a million shares a day on these quiet days. £5,000 a day for a risk bet sounds pretty good.

The story here hasn't changed - still unbelievably exciting. Meanwhile, the CPR is in the process of preparation and behind the scenes DD, and possibly negotiations, continue. Consequently, no immediate news gives an opportunity for the share price to slide a little. Time to just sit tight and be patient imo.
