20/4/2017 09:54 | Seems like a bit of fatigue in the price over the last few days. Reasons? Short term era getting fed up and moving into SDX or maybe getting walked down a bit. Placement coming? What do you all think? | dsmith57
20/4/2017 09:52 | A good few here should be out with Gary playing in his paddling pool - bring your own plastic ducks!!!! We can only hope his flight is delayed or he has forgotten to pay his broadband bill!! | enfranglais
20/4/2017 09:27 | Note the price of Brent. It has taken a tumble and while we wait for news here the mice will play! Just now there are better oil plays out there. For making money that is. But otherwise, keep adding here while it's cheap! | rayrac
20/4/2017 08:41 | And bring in the big investors who will slowly over time buy out "Soft" holders like CA and long term more importantly will mop up any loose stock currently in retail hands. By the time they are finished the current 50% in retail hands will become more like 25%. Once that tightening has made itself present and assuming further good news then the stock will fly. | davidblack
20/4/2017 08:16 | the good thing about the stock market is that no one can accurately forecast the exact reaction to news, thus carcosa, id discount what you say. imo, the cpr will focus industry eyes on HUR, massively. | leeson31
20/4/2017 08:15 | No around 600 million with my guess being say 680m which will grow over time as it is revised following more drilling and geophysics. The notion we are going to get to 2 billion in cash be leap is only for the mad fantasists! It will take time and data reassurance to get there. | davidblack
20/4/2017 08:06 | Ok ok! Million, Billion... you get the gist. Lol! | carcosa
20/4/2017 07:53 | 1-2 million barrels, Carcosa? Hardly the typo you'd expect from someone who had even an inkling of what they were on about? | cumnor
20/4/2017 07:47 | Yes, a lot more than 1-2 million barrels.. at least 570 million | dave19w
20/4/2017 07:38 | Hurricane share price is largely driven by retail investor sentiment not withstanding CA selling and the POO. The CPR will be a surprise to many because it will not be talking about 1 - 2 million barrels etc; hence will serve as a disappointment to many and the share price will react accordingly. However, all good news for medium term investors (2-3 years) Carcosa | carcosa
20/4/2017 07:38 | Keep it up Gary, persistence will see one of your predictions come true one day, eventually, maybe. | wessexmario
20/4/2017 07:32 | gary Any plans for another holiday anytime soon? | lfdkmp
20/4/2017 07:31 | hey Jimarilo - I have 75% of my oil investment funds in HUR! | hiddendepths
20/4/2017 07:28 | Possible CPR news release Monday which will send the share price above 60p . | gary38
20/4/2017 07:19 | I rather keep my money in a politically stable UK play ;-) | jimarilo
20/4/2017 07:10 | I don't have any real expectations for the CPR. It only applies to a mall part of the field and the company has already given its own figure so I imagine the CPR will be in the same ballpark. The point of this operation now is simply to give comfort to those financing the early production plan. I also bought a lot more SDX after the latest RNS. Not a recommendation - as ever, DYOR. And nice RNS from AMER this morning - I have a small position. | hiddendepths
20/4/2017 01:02 | And after it arrives it will take weeks for its full force to turn up and get the bigger II's buying. | davidblack
19/4/2017 21:44 | Gary, Gary, Gary (not doing 38), have you learned nothing at all...?! The CPR will be ready when it's ready, get over it.. | control1
19/4/2017 18:53 | in here for two years and patience has served me well. Have dabbled in sdx also last two weeks and added a fair bit last two days after that weekend news. | brahmsnliszt
19/4/2017 17:06 | that is good news on the Chart. The more I think about the current market and this share the more I think a farm in would mkae sense. A big player can get a piece, pay for more drilling and exploration while the Rig day rates are low then be set up nicely for additional EPS's in 2018 and 2019 when Oil is 60 USD plus a barrel. And of course as focus shifts to WOS this is already de-risked, why not get involved now before the day rates fly up and the overheads and license fees for the plots go up.. IMO | dave19w
19/4/2017 16:41 | Chart still going in the right direction, with higher lows | jimarilo
19/4/2017 16:34 | And good luck to you too russell - all newcomers are welcome, even someone with as modest a stake as yours ;-) | terry hardacre
19/4/2017 16:24 | just added up to 640k cost - down overall 13.6k hope this is a correct gut reaction - got it right last year with glencore - good luck chaps does it make me nervous - yes aim - 100% gain | russell250 |
