Monday is favourite. Can it be possible that some are willing to look on HUR as a quick trade/Buck? Beggars belief!

I consider I'm wise/lucky enough not to be one of them.

selling Q. Due to forming several Cos for different fields it makes sense to get some capital after a good drilling campaign. One needs controlled share price pure speculation

bigdazzler - if I'm reading your post correctly, you're saying that if there are more buys than sells, the price goes up? *That's* what I've been doing wrong all these years. Who knew...

Just a guess, but for a profit?

Frothy share- someone on LSE keeps the plate spinning...then next thing on LSE will be some scare story which stops the plate spinning ....and off it goes again. What was it last time? Had to respud or something?

I must say that I find it strange that sellers were clearly around. Reading the runes - or the tealeaves - would suggest the auguries are excellent. Why sell, even if you're a trader?

Any trades in particular BD? I only see what looks likely to be PI buying, albeit a couple of fairly big ones (but similar in size to purchases I have made in the past, for example).

There have nonetheless been some very large transactions of late, but can't see much for today - albeit late reported trades might reveal something.

It might pay for yourselves to have a look at the intraday buys today. From what I have viewed there has been some serious volume buys today. A powerful buyer was on the prowl today.

That is one of the reasons for the increase today IMO.

looking at the tracking I reckon they have possibly now pulled 5 anchors

I know what you mean odvod. I think the shares are better value now than they were at 10p. There was plenty that could have gone wrong back then. Whatever the Halifax result, there is a lot more certainty about the whole proposition after this drilling campaign.

Well - today I increased my position by 1/3. It feels good (to buy expensive).

Whenever they release the expected RNS I hope they leave it a few days before they publish the Lancaster CPR - that way we either get recovery from a duster or a double whammy to 80p plus.

they're pulling anchors for the rig.
The 8 anchors are in compass rose positions, each positioned approx 1,800m away from the rig. The ATHSs are lifting each anchor and carrying them back to the rig as the chain is winched in, hence only doing just over a knot when moving towards the rig.

Who me, fliterwest? Thought I was a long term investor.

Anyway, all joy now. The shares are rising again so maybe they've found enough oil to supply a chippy or two. Hope so anyway - I like chips.

I wonder if they will actually release THE RNS on Friday. It's normally a lousy day to do it. BUT this might be sufficiently big news that it hits the weekend press - and maybe TV too. That would be rather nice so if it's tomorrow, I hope the brokers have got maximum publicity lined up and ready to go.

Behave yourself HD. Just days traders leaving with their 3%
Meanwhile whats going on at the rig - theres more vessels swanning around the OS than I have rubber ducks. I am very intrigued as to why the Maersk Launcher AHV in underway on what is the slowest journey to Faroe Islands having passed by the rig.
