Also getting nicely paid with a dividend cheque on the doormat every 13 weeks, while we wait for 725p.

I'm in for a good load,of these today. this should be a good 2020 recovery play. Divi not bad either. these should be a 30% earner, over next year with capital gain and yield.

Straight to 615p once resistance and pivotal point broken 600p.
If 600p broken then 600p becomes the support level if it closes at 600p today, then should push on for the year end with the Santa rally to 622p.

I do like like having a dividend cheque on the doormat every 13 weeks with a near 7% yield.

Presumably due to the claims of a China deal non event during our market hours - although it has moved on since.

All depends what price you paid, my return is 7.14% of course if you paid 675p, unlucky.

Because a 7% dividend yield doesn't compensate you for a >7% fall in capital value? (e.g. -15% over past 4.5 months)

Yield 7.04%, dividend cheque on the doormat every 13 weeks. Why worry about shareprice when you're getting this yield.

showing good sector relative strength today - all other banks down 1% while this one up 1% - could be the beginning of the up trend in the medium term

Yes a lot of changes going on at the moment but also other political issues holding this back I feel.

Seems to be awaiting news of new head. If it's someone with vision and knowledge may recover - otherwise more of the slow decline in longer term price

Monty please don't keep posting the same thing over and over again like you do on the IAG board, it's pointless and adds nothing to the conversation.
