Hot sector today - and how cheap do HWDN look compared to KGF yesterday?

Estate agent sector flying, builders testing the highs - the clues are there as we go through the keyhole :-)

howden is one of those rare beasts?
is the bid coming?
should'nt it be changed to
when is the crash coming, the property
market is overheating, the london ripple effect
is crippling the worker bees,
its the "bespoke" kitchen manufacturers who
are going to "continue" to do well

Fwd PE for 2016 of 15.5 here, for a co growing earnings @ over 100% in 4 years - and £200m net cash.

Or earnings up 75% in two years if you like the hornier stat :-)

Way too cheap imo

I think the whole sector is in play Lauders - building supplies should be hot because even where people aren't moving they are still improving.

WOS, KGP, HWDN, TPT - all in demand and hitting new or recent highs.

All imo/dyor etc
