The massive bowl started in 2014 will complete at around 7p. I don't think we have is long to wait. Stick a handle on it and we will ride this to 12p for starters imho.

Well with Bankable FS due by Q1 2018, GS nickel price for 3months makes for good reading. Assuming the FS is as anticipated, we must be looking good for being snapped up. (At least I hope so)

Not the HZM share price, but base metals may get ahead of themselves if they continue rising...
Philippines and Indonesia are looking at the export bans and this can bring more supply online. Nickel for batteries is a 'premium' Nickel but it still prices under
Nickel until it is priced separately in the market

Consolidation and pause here would be good to see. I think if Nickel settles above $11 for now , I would be happy.

Pugugly, I know you wanted an update on the Stamp Duty question I raised before, although it seems you already have found the answer. It has been confirmed today by HZM investor relations that because the company is duel listed not he Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) it does not qualify for SDRT relief. That's a pity!
Here is an excerpt from a memo published by the LSE confirming this...
"From 28 April 2014, Stamp Duty and the Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (SDRT) will no longer be chargeable on transactions in securities admitted to trading on a recognised growth market provided they are not also listed on a recognised stock exchange."

Looks right Twig-- USD 1,000,000 after the date of issuance of a joint feasibility study for the Enlarged Project area, to be satisfied in HZM Shares (at the 5 day volume weighted average price taken on the tenth business day after the date of such issuance) or cash, at the election of Horizonte; and-- The remaining consideration will be paid in cash, as at the date of first commercial production from any of the resource areas within the Enlarged Project area.

There is also a payment due when BFS is released I think ,it's 1m in shares or cash.

That's right, also I think it's only payable when they start to mine the GAP part of the project.
