Pugugly, I know you wanted an update on the Stamp Duty question I raised before, although it seems you already have found the answer. It has been confirmed today by HZM investor relations that because the company is duel listed not he Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) it does not qualify for SDRT relief. That's a pity!
Here is an excerpt from a memo published by the LSE confirming this...
"From 28 April 2014, Stamp Duty and the Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (SDRT) will no longer be chargeable on transactions in securities admitted to trading on a recognised growth market provided they are not also listed on a recognised stock exchange."

Looks right Twig-- USD 1,000,000 after the date of issuance of a joint feasibility study for the Enlarged Project area, to be satisfied in HZM Shares (at the 5 day volume weighted average price taken on the tenth business day after the date of such issuance) or cash, at the election of Horizonte; and-- The remaining consideration will be paid in cash, as at the date of first commercial production from any of the resource areas within the Enlarged Project area.

There is also a payment due when BFS is released I think ,it's 1m in shares or cash.

That's right, also I think it's only payable when they start to mine the GAP part of the project.

If you dig back to find the RNS I seem to recall that apart from the $2 million in shares HZM paid to Glencore, the rest doesn't have to be paid until the mine starts producing. This truly was a canny deal, and now looks like a "company maker".

It certainly could.

The overhang has been putting a lid on the price recently and if that has cleared then the price will be free to move again.

Interesting how today's volume has coincided with LME week.

Nickel seems to be the story of the moment so instis will no doubt be sniffing around to see where they can get exposure.

HZM is clearly an excellent candidate. And will definitely be popping up on more radars with the recent nickel strength.
