Just posted on the HZM Twitter acc. Very reassuring, Dr Wittingham, an expert in his field, not selling anything, apart from his reputation, as far as I can tell, mostly right in his past predictions. Saying (6.30)," despite what you read in the literature, the next generation and today's generation [of batteries] are going to be NMC based..... businesses are going away from 3:3:3 they're all trying to get to 8:1:1, I'm not sure they're going to make it there are some [safety] issues, but they're certainly going to get to 6:2:2, that's 60% Nickel. So it's going to be a swing away from Cobalt towards Nickel gives you higher energy density, lower costs, but perhaps with some added safety issues....It's going to be Lithium ion, at least for the next five or ten years [in practice it's?] going to mean Nickel as the major element.

Thats a great article ! So undervalued here when you consider Q1 the company should become a serious acquisition target for many multiples of todays share price

GD and others, if you are interested is earlier stage Nickel latterites then give KRS and RGM a once over. Obviously higher risk than HZM.

The CEO recently stated that he is effectively looking to double and more the market cap of the company in the next 6 months (from the current 2c per pound of nickel in the ground to 4c to 5c), so 6p by xmas would certainly get us part way to his target.

Good that HZM gets a mention and certainly some interesting possibilities down the line mentioned i.e. move up to mid tier or bought out by one of the majors.

EVs and battery technology really seem to be hitting the headlines a lot recently. The increased coverage will help attract new investors to the relevant miners.

With nickel expected to benefit most from the EV revolution and relatively little in the way of nickel mining on AIM, HZM is bound to do well

EV battery technology seems to be advancing quickly. Charging time seems to be coming right down with Tohsiba recently announcing a rapid battery charge in as little as 6 minutes -



and range seems to be increasing with an EV bus just setting a record and driving 1101 miles on a single charge -



The more effective EV batteries become, the greater the general uptake of EVs and the bigger the demand on metals like nickel and copper.

Looks like that could happen more rapidly than people imagine.

The analyst is very bullish miners in battery metals indeed and says things are only just starting to get going.

"I think it's going to be huge. And I think the analogy with the dot com boom is quite likely to come right....the momentum is really just beginning to get going."

Nickel talked about from 7:26 onwards.

HZM gets a mention from 7:48.

"On the nickel side I suppose there aren't too many on AIM at the moment. There's Horizonte. These are companies that don't hang around too much. If they develop a mine they tend to either move up into the mid tier very quickly or they get bought by one of the majors."
