Tip TV interview, it gets even better, JM "We have a way forward if the Nickel market stays the way that it is for the next five years" (not that he thinks it will). Now that is de-risking. Lots of new and very encouraging information here!

Ultimately, something is worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it.The stockmarket is meant to facilitate trading of ownership and establish a marketable value of a company. If HZM is worth 20 times the current market capitalisation then the stockmarket is an idiot. There are reasons why HZM,like some other junior miners, languish on low ratings. The primary reason being, that they don't make any money and require a good deal to start making any.Frankly,if HZM could be sold to trade buyer for ten times current price,Jeremy Martin would be well advised to sell as quickly as possible and he'd have my blessing.I feel sure he'd receive the nod from a pedigree institutional shareholder list too.

Let us ask a question another way.

Projects needs money, we know that..all mining and oil to production projects do.
What we should be asking is what the market cap as we reach prodution should be based on forecasted revenues and profits, demand and Nickel price.

JM did give an example of another Co was sold at..forgot the name now..23c i think. I recall thinking 20 times HZM's current value/market cap...so near 40p.

Frankly I take half that value.

Fantastic news, why? Because the LP is outside of HZM's control and is a signal that the Para State authorities and community are 100% behind this. JM is now calling HZM a "major project". In this latest interview he says the aim is to show HZM is viable at even low Ni prices. "We believe that Ni prices will be higher that they are today, but the key is it can operate at the bottom end of the price range which very few projects can". It will be interesting to know just how low a Ni price is viable for HZM? All HZM can do is optimise the development process the share price will eventually reflect this. Remember two of the biggest unknowns are Ni price and share dilution so it is difficult to put a price on the share value, but if the project is viable (and this is a massive step) then the price will come.

I quote from my 'Post' post AGM:

Nothing fundamentally new at AGM today but nevertheless, most reassuring. Just a few points. See presentation on website.

JM said that HZM now in best shape ever despite challenging environment. All pretty well to schedule although possible the revised PFS might just shift over from late H1 to early H2. Ni is key and would like to see the expected upturn take root so no great haste. Currently, 60 - 70% Ni produced is sub-economic, cannot last!

Regional Government remains strongly supportive, anxious for production and local employment to benefit infra-structure, where average wage is $1.5 per day! Not affected by macro-politics in Brazil and can expect permits to schedule.

On funding, JM could see a partner wanting to work with HZM; alternatively, prospects of venture capital funds good now that many are looking for new projects, the time when their interest will be gained is post PFS.

I asked about lack of interest on TSX and JM said they will focus here also post PFS, Bill Fisher (lives in Toronto) confirmed that this is right approach.

As an informal throwaway, JM said that we could hope to see 10-12p by year-end but of course, would not be bound by this!

It's 3-4 years before the mine is operational. It looks like an excellent project both from an economic and social point of view in the "frontier" area.Compared with a few years back, the markets react very soberly to such news, especially given the absence of the prop books to fizz things up.The response, in general,is "don't count your chickens til they're hatched'.I suppose by 2020,nickel prices could be rising strongly but frankly, who the hell knows. It's a war of attrition with the majors keeping up commodity production if only to force out the marginal players which spells poor profitability at best even for the mines low on the cost curve.

AMC's resource is massive, locality to China is good too.

But I am not sure of timeline to commercialisation to be honest.
Unless you can find this info.

At least we have timelines here. I hope this can be brought forward too.
But I still feel, a big player will take it over once all legal legislations, regulatory approvals are finalised.

The higher the Nickel Price, the higher the take out price I hope.

JM will be sorted whatever it is.

jailbird only based on how remote AMC project is and the cost involved in developing AMC project,as we all know it's not easy raising money these days.
New with JM.
