Hi Paul - hope you are not selling! I think Holders (a local company to me) are doing rather well but then on this cap they hardly need to do much do they?

Yes very quiet. But the price is steady and has been on an uptrend for some time now. The market is looking for a pittance at this cap.

Mitziz, the next results are just a few weeks away. If the last statement made by the CEO turns out to be correct and profits move up to the half million mark or so, the crowds will come running.

What amazes me is you have a small machinery company by the name of Ross which has a turnover a quarter of HDT and made a small profit of 50K this year and is valued at nearly £3 mill (after todays 33% rise)...surely Holders are undervalued compared to Ross..

Nice to hear that from the chairman, cant believe this was yielding near 10% not so long ago. Wish I had seen it earlier.

Yes but he has disappeared. This is what the CEO said:

"I believe the current year will be one of significant progress
as we realise the benefits of the acquisitions that have been made".

He is an ultra cautious man. If he is right in his statement, then there is so much upside here and the dividend acts as a strong support.

Indeed, wanted to get in far enough ahead to negate any risk of missing the boat, as I seem to do that all to often. Happy to sit and wait for a bit on these anyway.

by the way, i was almost put off buying these shares by your nickname barnetpeter, thought it was petebarnes for a minute. but i guess you get a lot of that.

The offer was 94p first thing this morning Chris so perhaps they have marked it up and kept the bid the same(as usual)..anyway glad you have come aboard ;the interims are in July so as bp says they should be good.
