02/5/2004 15:23 | make it 200p.. | mitzis
02/5/2004 14:14 | No and no statement either ... but I doubt it was negative! I have asked the company for clarification. Who reckons 150 this week? | barnetpeter
01/5/2004 19:12 | does anyone know if anything interesting was said at the AGM? funny how there's suddenly so much trading going on in the share when there's usually zilch activity and for the share price to rise so strongly as a result. the market's bloomin' strange sometimes isn't it. anyway, did anyone go to the agm? | stan
30/4/2004 14:23 | Possibly, been in this for years and had enough, good luck ! | hupper
30/4/2004 14:18 | Sold out far too early. IMO anyway. | barnetpeter
30/4/2004 14:12 | I've sold a few - be careful though if you do the same, one MKT maker is offering £1 the other £1.05, shop around. | hupper
30/4/2004 14:07 | Price has weakened, sell in the system? but still firm on the bid. Back to 105/110 & looks as though can buy within the spread @ 108.5p. After such strong rise may want to play around 100p a little longer. | lex1000
30/4/2004 13:45 | Tough call bob. This is a tiny stock with very limited stock out there. I would strongly emphasize that this is not a day trade stock. I personally think we could see £2 plus in fairly short order and perhaps much higher in due course. But then you know I see this as an undervalued gem, with a strong balance sheet which is just beginning to recover. Profits of £1 million based on turnover of near £18 million within the next 18 months are quite possible and you even get a decent dividend as well. This type of stock often lies dormant for months or years but when it moves, you can never catch it. just look at that chart above. From its lows in March 2003, it has gone up slowly but steadily. More to come. | barnetpeter
30/4/2004 13:37 | Hello.. hello..?? | mitzis
30/4/2004 10:04 | hmmmmm...... 115p to buy, spread widens from 5p tp 10p.Currently 105p/115p. Up +22.2% on the day. If does not fall back could just as easily move on to 120p-130p.Pleased to have holdings sub 100p. | lex1000
30/4/2004 09:33 | bp, 110 to buy. would you recommend buying now or waiting for a drop in price ? | bob725
30/4/2004 09:33 | Remarkable that HDT has smashed right through 100p,usually strong resistance for most shares and bodes well if HDT holds above 100p.If you want in better imo buying 1K parcels @ offer than pay premium. If price dips i'm in for some more.Holding tight & long term.Interestingly bid moves up & spread is narrowing.Up +19.4%. | lex1000
30/4/2004 08:49 | apcx,he has the midas touch.imho. | lex1000
30/4/2004 08:48 | Thanks again, barnetpeter | apcx
30/4/2004 08:46 | sumets up +16.7%.Only 2 trades showing x 1000 buys @ 95p and bid moved to 100p/110p ! | lex1000
30/4/2004 08:37 | barnetpeter,big thank you on HDT.Just forget the spread and buy,think was your advice.Up another 11.1%. | lex1000
29/4/2004 17:18 | If you look at my other threads, this is what I do best. Sniff out tomorrow's movers today! As I say in the intro above (if you will forgive me), "buying these shares is not that easy; about 5,000 is the usual maximum available at the market price of about 80p. They are definitely not a day trade but a solid investment that has a lot of upside and (in my view) almost no downside". The game's afoot methinks! Well done Paul Scott. Funny thing is I nearly pointed this out to you last week on the FWY thread but then forgot. I must own near 0.5% I suppose. But I can remember ALL about them! | barnetpeter
29/4/2004 17:05 | The chart hasn't looked so good since 2001 - I've never seen so many people on this board, Sandbank - look at the profit figures and the Net assets - definately going somewhere. | hupper
29/4/2004 17:00 | Paul. You showed remarkable prescience to buy in when you did. Congratulations. I take you feel there's further to go with this one - but how did you pick up the scent in the first place. I'd never heard of them until today. | sandbank
29/4/2004 16:42 | Hi Sandbank, I know the problem ! As I recall, it took me weeks to build up a position in this company, it's a bit like Delcam, another very cheap minnow IT company - the MM's don't like trading more than 1 or 2 thousand shares at a time. Best to just leave the full order with them, so they can sniff out a seller, if there's one around. Regards, Paul Scott. | paulypilot
29/4/2004 16:23 | Hello BP: I can't buy more than 700 shares at a time on line! | sandbank
29/4/2004 15:45 | bp forgot about the spread and got in, seems I may have timed this right. thanks | apcx
29/4/2004 14:25 | Hi, I think I've got about 1% of the company, but bought them so long ago, can't remember. Certainly looks interesting today. Last set of results were excellent I thought, given the weak sector backdrop at the time (obviously improving now). I liked their cheap acquisitions too. Balance sheet not bad. Divis nice. (holder since about 2002) Cheers, Paul Scott. | paulypilot |
