Hi Miss Chief

I believe I read that net debt has now been reduced from something like 830k to around 250k, which is good, as the interest paid out will be reduced. Next set of results though are not due for sometime now. 2 buys to start off then a dont know at 90p probably a sell of 11k. When a surge of buyers do eventually come in, cause of the limited stock of 1.4m liquid, - or probably a much lower figure cause there is bound to be other long term shareholders - the price could rise sharply, cause the MM wont have much to trade.

There's also approx £550,000 incoming this half year as a result of a property disposal. See the interims for more details, but off the top of my head this is more than the outstanding debt.

Looks like chairman Mr Rudolf Weinreich holds 49.5%, Armstrong Inv. Ltd holds 7.84%, and Rath Dhu Ltd holds 9.89% totaling 67.23% of the stock. With full year earnings of 12.5p that is a pe of around 7.5p, so can the past momentum continue. A little known company going places.

From what I remember final results are due next March,
although it would appear from the interim results
that management is getting things together, and
we could expect another surge in share price next March.
Does look undervalued with a reasonable yield,
and with a small capitalisation could rise big time,
with limited stock available.

Yep, two buys like that would normally lift the price 5%!

BB, of course the price will fall with the divi, but many peeps are keen on divi income as well as substantial capital appreciation and this share offers the possibility of both.

All well and good buying before the divi but it will just fall by the amount of the divi payment on that day anyway.

Still a good share to get in on early. Watching carefully.

Agreed about Topgrow - I can't even find a web site for them (can anyone else?).

Nice to see the price move 1.5% on a buy of 975 shares! Normally I'd say there must be delayed buys to come, but in HDT's case a few more buys should easily take the price up another 10%.

Topgrow is such a small company I cant see this deal having much effect on the share price. However HDT should have in excess of 1M in cash by next year giving an EV of only 3M.

I said in the intro this stock is not a day trade. The spread is annoying I know but this stock is rarely traded and tends to get ignored. But that doesnt mean the company is not doing the business does it?
