19/6/2014 14:10 | Looks like it may have broken out too. | traderabc
19/6/2014 07:56 | Very happy with our results this morning... | playful
19/6/2014 07:42 | Smashing results. Super growth, throwing off buckets of cash and introduction of divi. If they adjusted the eps for amortisation of goodwill it would be a tad above 3p, so these numbers look to have beaten forecasts. All gloriously understated. Well done HMLH! With 10 years unbroken growth I remain of the view that a P/E of 20 is more appropriate, for a share price of 60p+. Mr Market will decide! | britishb
19/6/2014 07:39 | Steady as she goes. Good increases at every level, revenue, groos profit, operating profit and eps. No fireworks, just more of the same | graham1ty
19/6/2014 06:21 | Results this morning...... | graham1ty
11/4/2014 10:33 | Nice update today, trading marginally ahead etc. Paul Scott scanned over it on his blog today but I reckon HMLH much higher quality than his view.... "You are somewhat dismissive of quality of HMLH IMO. Grown top line every year for 10 years, from £2m to £14m+, right through property downturn. Really don't think it's very property market dependent. Now throwing off buckets of cash. Top line growth c. 11% year just finished and pbt growth c. 20%+ suggests nice op gearing. Obviously I don't get to decide but fancy Ben Graham would suggest a P/E of 20 perfectly reasonable... " | britishb
28/2/2014 13:07 | Looks like it may have found some support here. | traderabc
19/2/2014 17:43 | I've been out all day..........this must have been mentioned somewhere.....negati | graham1ty
19/2/2014 13:29 | I expect you will do well, playful; good luck :-) Hopefully my salvaged funds, diverted to additions to PLUS and STY, will do well also. I don't rule out a return here, but it will need to be on a good technical 'buy' set-up. | saucepan
19/2/2014 11:49 | Saucepan, I bought some of your holding today as they plan to commence the payment of dividends this year which should further enhance things | playful
19/2/2014 11:19 | I got in at 33p so I'm staring at an ugly red number as well but happy to hold here for the longer term as I think the growth forecasts are solid and should see the share price rise nicely over time. | funkmasterp12
19/2/2014 10:39 | My selling out has not helped today; sorry. Losses on my entry were starting to grow and I felt I had to nip them in the bud while they were still small. The chart has lost momentum; shame. | saucepan
19/2/2014 10:09 | Price sliding a bit.......not quite sure why. Has fallen 25% from the peak ?? | graham1ty
30/1/2014 15:02 | Bit weak today for no apparent reason. | graham1ty
21/1/2014 16:39 | Agree with comments that HMLH are are solid GARP/ZULU type stock, the full year results are due in June, but they don't normally issue a trading update beforehand, so unless there is acquisition or holding news, the results might be the next news item we see. I have held here only since November, and am happy to hold a stock that ticks so many zulu type boxes. ic2... | interceptor2
21/1/2014 16:19 | I'll have a look Graham, thanks. Taken a small initial holding. | pj 1
21/1/2014 15:32 | Very good solid company. I was the only attendee at last year's AGM and wrote extensive notes, avalaible on the ShareSoc website. Am willing to talk to anyone about this off the bulletin board | graham1ty
21/1/2014 14:29 | A flurry of posts all of a sudden! :-) HMHL does qualify as a zulu stock which got my attention in the first place. A solid co imo just continuing to do its thing and on a cheap valuation. Worth remembering that this co does not release alot of newsflow to the market. There is generally no more than nine or ten RNS's per year and the next set of news due is not until the results in June!! | cfro
21/1/2014 13:11 | Hi Funk, yes LOL. Going to have a closer gander! | pj 1
21/1/2014 13:06 | Hi PJ, I'm recently long here (we must have similar screens!). As with INSE it's another Zulu stock with very little news but excellent prospects. Another one to quietly hold, I think! | funkmasterp12
21/1/2014 12:52 | On my W.L. somehow!! P/e 2015 (only 3 months away) looks good @ x10 What's any competitors P/E ? tia PJ | pj 1
21/1/2014 12:05 | Why is this board so quiet? This looks like a solid well run company. | traderabc
21/1/2014 12:03 | Someone is taking profit, one of these? Major Shareholders LTC 15.0m Unicorn Asset Management 3.7m MD Barnard 3.5m Robert Plumb 1.9m Richard Smith 1.6m James Howgego 1.1m Cheviot Asset Managment 1.1m Or others in the remaining 23%? LTC own the bulk (41%) of the stock anyone know if it's them who are unloading? | traderabc
16/12/2013 22:15 | Thanks slopsjon2 They have sent me a copy of the claimants receipt, an obviously inflated one but thats a different story. Who am i to argue if they wish to commit insurance fraud. Instead, I have written to the managing agent who are asking me to pay the excess and told them that the lease is silent as to the point of the excess and that according to the LVT it is out of their jurisdiction. Its a piddly amount and i could pay it but like all managing agents this one is a snivelling pig and irritates me | albanyvillas |
