just had a read up on this company and it sounds promising, 19,000 customers if each rent comes in at £2,000 a month/ £24,000 a year, and say their managment fee is 15% thats 38,000,000 revenue from the individual clients alone

Depends what you mean by "significantly"- often when a P&D happens there is a sucker's rally or two after the initial spike/crash. Look for instance at long-term charts for GGK.
