22/4/2008 14:23 | Anybody any insight into the recent (pleasant!) upward trend? news expected or just better sentiment? I've been holding since mid-March-ish. | zaitch
06/9/2007 11:14 | 6th September 07 HML Holdings: Building on England's shift from houses to flats. Classifying HML as just "a property and estate management company" is a little simplistic; the range of services it offers are varied and ... Essentially, HML wants to be a one-stop shop for property owners of large blocks of flats. | aim_trader

30/8/2006 12:02 | why would i be a ramper if i dont hold any stock nor ever have done....... | adpstar
30/8/2006 11:51 | Anyway, when you consider that the company placed stock at 17p only a few months ago and the stock is trading at 2 to 3 times that figure already, one has to consider that either the company and their brokers got the placing price badly wrong(and one would hope that their corporate financiers/advisors should have some idea what they are doing), or that the market has got ahead of itself. adpstar - Please don't quote me out of context. I have not said that brokers got the placing price wrong. I've suggested it as one(the least likely, IMHO!) of a couple of possibilities. As brokers/advisors are paid to get the best price possible for the company that uses their services, I'd suggest that it's more likely that the stock has got ahead of a sensible valuation. However, without further detail it's difficult to make any sensible appraisal.... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell P.S. Posting several posts in a row, when you could put all of your thoughts into one post, is a classic trait of an uncontrollable ramper.. | dell314
30/8/2006 11:28 | problem is a couple of sells one day could drive the share price down bigtime and could kick of a sprial of sells and no one wants to be in.....too risky for my liking | adpstar
30/8/2006 11:20 | but is company employs 109 people, already has clients, so i dont know, basically watching closely for now! Dell your right i think the broker undervalued the intial float price, as the potential in this growth is huge, and i reckon its this potenial that needs to be factored in. | adpstar
30/8/2006 11:15 | its even hard to buy 2500 shares, as there's only 1 broker who aint got many shares on its books........classic senario.....rememebe | adpstar
30/8/2006 11:13 | nah i dont think it's being mistaken for hml as the share price is so different, i think its just a case of very few shares being available and alot of punters looking at the 20% rise and saying, i'll have a bit of that | adpstar
30/8/2006 10:56 | adpstar - I have to agree that more documentation is needed. I've just checked Smith & Williamson's site in an unsuccessful attempt to find a prospectus(From their corporate clients page, and putting it politely, they certainly cover a mixed bag of companies!). Anyway, when you consider that the company placed stock at 17p only a few months ago and the stock is trading at 2 to 3 times that figure already, one has to consider that either the company and their brokers got the placing price badly wrong(and one would hope that their corporate financiers/advisors should have some idea what they are doing), or that the market has got ahead of itself. However, without some numbers to look at, it's hard to make any sensible evaluation, IMHO. I am wondering whether a significant proportion of trades here are simply from punters phoning their brokers and asking to put a few grand into HML, and thinking that their broker is buying Henderson Morley for them......... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
30/8/2006 10:40 | i live in dream world | adpstar

30/8/2006 10:14 | not really just basing it on what i know managment co. charge for services, it's usually 15% of rent, say for these smaller 19,000 individual customers they already have, the rent per annum is 24,000 or 2,000 a month. 15% of 24,000 is 3,600. 19,000 x 3,600 is £68,000,000 revenue, profit i would say £38m | adpstar
