battlebus, I wrote a long piece after last year's AGM which summarised the company and its plus/minuses. It is on the Sharesoc website.

I hope the FD is coming to MELLO on Monday 15th and I will go the AGM again on Tuesday 16th in Richmond.

the FinnCap forecasts were done in June BEFORE ther three acquisitions, which were all "expected to be earnings enhancing immediately". Would hope for an upgrade at some stage during the year up from 3.2p to closer to 3.5p, brinign this below 10x prospective to March 2015. Just watch out that FinnCap uses pre-depreciation eps

Had a look at this after 100Liala suggested i should. Like what i see and as Graham1TY says it's a damn good stock. Also like the shareholder friendly management. Good to see some familiar names as holders, will hopefully add it to the portfolio.

I do keep an eye on this, as the fundamentals seem attractive. I held briefly, but sold out when my pre-determined stoploss was hit. Perhaps the spread and lack of liquidity just puts too many people off. It rather has me.

Anyone know why this is weak ? If forecasts push above 3.2p after the acquisitions, then now on less than 10x and still growing steadily ? Not aware of any stock specific news ?

Three acquisitions since year end and add up to almost 10% of HMLH annual revenue. So almost all annual forecast growth in the bag. All three said to be earnings enhancing from day 1. Anyone worried that this is too acquisition led, and that they would run out of targets, can put aside their worry for another year. I hope we will see upgrades as we approach interims. Finncap forecast already adjusted eps 3.2p for this year so any upgrade and on less than 10x for this year. Steady progress and should retest highs soon

Great meeting with the Company. reassurance all round. Finncap have lifted adjusted eps forecasts for this year from 2.6p to 3.2p. That puts it on 11.7x for this year, falling to 10.4x in 2015. These are adjusted pre depreciation numbers. They have pushed their target price up to 45p
