It's possible. There was a case a few years ago in the US, admittedly during the tech boom craziness, where people bought some old dog share by mistake, because it had similar name/EPIC to some "hot tech stock". The old dog went up about 400% in a couple of weeks on the back of it.

That said, it's also intriguing that HMLH only recently listed, so there may be a more substantive reason.
