07/7/2005 14:43 | Should be good for us now we have the olympics. | burt46
04/7/2005 20:14 | Me fair, It is still very lowly rated. Look at DYSON , the City ANALYSTS seem to be in LOVE with it. | hvs
04/7/2005 19:28 | Hey hvs, be fair old chap. Most of the analyst reseach I've seen on Hils is very positive, and a fair few have buy recommendations too! | shuisky
04/6/2005 10:16 | Going up very nicely, They would call it a METAL BASHER n the CITY though .Thats ANAL YSTS for you. | hvs
26/5/2005 19:29 | Nice uptick today to show for the very shrewd deal struck and a lot more to come no doubt. | hvs
25/5/2005 19:13 | Did anyone notice the nice stake they have picked up in german company.Looks very promising for the future. | hvs
05/4/2005 20:55 | Hi burt 46, Have been a long term fan of HILS and it has paid off handsomely. It still has great potential and they are looking for acquistions so I still see further upside. The amount of CASH they generate each year is amazing given their current market cap. Hopefully gone earnings enhancing acquisition is on the way. | hvs
04/4/2005 15:07 | Really happy with HILS. All my other stock (as well as most of the market this time of year) has dropped. HILS just keeps generating cash. Cant wait to see wat happens in the new tax year. | burt46
02/4/2005 19:49 | Hi shuisky, Hang in there. I am very confident we will cross £ 2.00 in 2005. This company just keeps on generating CASH. | hvs
30/3/2005 15:42 | Ahhh, i thought that was it!!! | burt46
29/3/2005 16:07 | Whats going on with HILS? | burt46
29/3/2005 15:45 | Just got back in and found these have dropped suddenly, anybody have an explanation? TIA | tipodochus
28/3/2005 19:44 | HVS- lol, that is the point I was trying to make. | shuisky
28/3/2005 11:44 | shuisky, HILS have managed the steel pri9ce hike very very well. The next move is going to be down down down on all raw materials as they are over extended and new capacity coming on stream. HILS is a very good stock to own. Watch what happens over the next three years. | hvs
14/3/2005 14:32 | Burr & Grove sold on the 10th of March in order to fund the taking up of options. Just lookig at 2005 forecast which is for EPS of 15.1p, the historic EPS is 13.06 which puts HILS on a historic of 170/13.06=13times and a forward PER=11.25 Looks like fairly valued to me, and no surprise to see profit taking. HILS has rarely traded much more than 12 times earnings, so I doubt there is much more upside unless exogenous factors come along to drag earnings higher. Two factors could be the Budget and Steel Prices. I'm confident the latter will abate, and the pricing power of HILS will see the benefits drop into the bottom line. I've no idea what plans Brown has for infrastructural spending. | shuisky
14/3/2005 12:14 | Sold my remaining holding today. Been a nice ride, but feel they may be fully vauled with currnet EPS of 9.8. Not confident on general market outlook right now, and the director sells didn't add to my confidence either. Nevertheless, good luck all holders. | wirralowl
11/3/2005 11:19 | Going UP UP UP Very nicely | hvs
10/3/2005 15:52 | Like i said the OTHER PEOPLES MONEY BOYS THINK ITS CHEAP. It will will hit £ 2,00 in no time now. | hvs
10/3/2005 15:00 | Market makers short of stock, wonder if naked trader is buying back in? | wipo1
10/3/2005 09:07 | Its going places , nice write up in the FT | hvs
09/3/2005 19:06 | It will go higher than 180p once the institutions get involved. Also possibility they will now be confident enough to make an acquisition. All looking good here. Its never wrong to lock in a little profit on the way up though. | hvs |
